I should have saved myself the hassle and went some where else. I was being seen in San diego but i wanted ro find care closer to home. I do not recommend the neuron clinic due to their staff and how difficult it has been to schedule appointments mainly due to their call center. It took me a month just to schedule my initial appointment as no one would call me back and when i did speak to someone they gave me the run around on why they couldn't schedule me. I had to go in person to finally schedule. After 2 months of waiting, when you finally get an appointment the doctor cancels it the day of. The office staff has been NEGLIGENT in rescheduling my appointment. They stated they would call me back that day and it has been 3 days of attempting to get ahold of someone to reschedule my appointment. When I asked to speak to the office staff, the call center takes it upon themselves to ignore my request and offer me an appointment in December to make up the appointment the doctor canceled on me. It seems like this office doesn't care doe their patients with lack of customer service and how hard it has been just to make appointments. Which is furthering delaying my care to see my specialist doctor. I will gladly keep driving to San Diego to get better quality care.

I know that I did go there for a check-up and get a refill of medicine and an EKG brain test 3-4 times. Last week- I call them for an emergency refill of medicine and one of the nurses say that the last time I was there was on December 2, 2022. Normally they are supposed to call me or email me every 6 months appointment but they never did and it like that is not their problem for doing the job. Now, all of a sudden the nurse says they have no records of me at all and tell me that I need a referral, and makes me call my primary clinic for that. Seem like they don't care about me at all for emergency refill medication. I missed 2 days for not haven't taking a medication and I wasn't feel good. If that happened in 3rd day without medication? I would end up in hospital and will lose my job because of you!! I will bring my lawyer to sue you for discrimination and pay my hospital bill. Thank God for the primary clinic let me into their office and order medicine. I feel like they used me from day one and took advantage of me as a Deaf person with heart problems and seizures. I already knew that all doctors don't like me and made me feel unwelcome. So, I would never come back to that place again! I will find another neurologist who will accept who I am.

It is impossible to get any forms filled out by doctor. I needed my disability forms renewed and for 2 weeks I was told the doctor hasn’t signed them and they don’t know why else can be done. The doctor ordered an MRI that I had to basically facilitate or it wasn’t going to be done. This is my second time seeing this doctor, who is very nice and patient when he sees you but after that he is very busy. My first time I had the same experience with referrals for other procedures he ordered, staff didn’t follow through until I just didn’t go back until now. I gave them a second chance thinking just maybe it was me NOT being assertive enough in my own care. There is really no way to access him for follow up because his staff cannot get him to do anything. The staff will say they will text him and you hope he responds. So I don’t truly know if this is a case of staff or the doctor but either way it’s a problem. If you have work forms or disability forms that need completion or referrals you may want to consider another neurology clinic.

Aleksandrya Asiedu, DNP, needs a new profession. The office staff was amazing. I thought I was going to see a doctor, not a nurse practitioner who treats patients like trash. Before you start Advising that your patients lose weight, Perhaps you should practice what you preach. For I have over 30 diagnosis, But what is your excuse 🤔. I'm sorry I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the fact that I had to drive 50 minutes to go see a nurse practishaner who knows nothing about my actual health who couldn't even take the time to look through my records, And then she had the audacity to tell me I'm wrong when I have more years of experience. The funny part is well it's not actually funny it's sad that they have employees there like this once she was doneTesting my reflexes She slammed my feet on the ground mind you I'm in a wheelchair and pushed my arms down hard. Once we left the building my husband said I do not like her I said neither do I she hurt me and he told me what she did to my feet I was truly appalled, Apparently there's some tool that they use to check the bottom of the feet if you have feelings and on my left leg which is my good leg she barely touched it on my right leg she jabbed it into my foot faint goodness I couldn't feel it. Hire some professionals

Alise Pham is by far the best Neurologist I have seen in the last 5 years. She is patient and kind and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and be present. Best doctor in her field.

Overall EXCELLENT experience. Office clean, on schedule and staff friendly. Nurse Practitioner, Sarah Jane De Dios has the best bedside manner! She took the time to be attentive to concerns and needs, was thorough and ensured attention to detail in asking great follow-up questions to gather all necessary information to provide the best solutions and care. Total experience was so refreshing. Thank you for having such a welcoming office, providing comfort and trust and going above and beyond with your patients!
