Come bowling here all the time with family, friends and college’s. My kids had attended a birthday party( pre- COVID). In there goody bags they each received a free game pass. Yesterday, we visited your lake forest location to redeem those free games, bowl and have some pizza. For some reason, Allen decided that was not going to happen. When he very rudely told me My two options were two free shoe rentals or 20 mins of free game time???. I was very confused. So, I repeated myself and asked him we would like to redeem our two free games please. He proceeds to rudely tell me “there’s no such thing as a free game. It’s per minutes, read the bottom”. Which I had and I reread it. So, I asked for assistance from someone else, he refused to let someone else help me or help me himself. He then, tells me “ it’s very simple, Idk why your confused” I have felt so talked down to, Not to mention I’m 9 no pregnant and in no mood for unnecessary disagreements. Of course, we left. We visited the mission viejo location. With no problem we were able to bowl and eat some pizza there?!?! Confusing right? I don’t know how one location can help and the other couldn’t. Service should be consistent at all locations.

Attended a private party at Forest Lanes. Very good service. Good shoes. Good drinks and food. Very Good pin action and smooth alley action. action.

Came for a birthday party. Host booked a cosmic party but it didn't go on until over an hour after we started. Good have more bar staff. Food ok.

It's a great place to bowl and all but the bathrooms are very messy and not very sanitary. Even a McDonald's is cleaner than this.

Very nice staff. Always clean place. Very busy on New Year's day. I suggest reserving a lane online.

My only complaints are the house balls are only even number weight, and a good amount of them have some good sized chunks missing.

My 2 grand kids ( 11 & 6 yrs old ) and I had an awesome time bowling here. The place is clean and not over crowded at that time.We were lucky that our rental shoes were new too.I appreciate the kind demeanor of the cashier since it was our first time bowling.Nice place to have fun with my grand kiddos !

So, I've been here twice so far and I enjoyed it. 2nd time being here, I was bowling hurt and I overheard one of the employees talking to a bowler(probably a regular). I was surprised to hear how knowledgeable the employee was in bowling. Lanes felt great.

It's been a while since I've been to a bowling alley, but this place was awesome. However, it maybe because I am comparing it to some about two decades ago. The lanes were clean, plenty of ball options, and they had a variety of games. We hosted our son's birthday party here, and everyone was extremely helpful. All the guests had a great time bowling, eating, and just hanging out. We'd definitely come back for more bowling and other activities.

Nice Bowling alley, they have a pool table thats regulation size, arcade, concessions, lounge, and of course tons of lanes & balls

Great place to bowl with friends. Play a regular game or take on some quick 1 ball 5 frame games. Clean and nice and cool on a hot day. Never overly crowded. Able to make reservations and go straight to lane

Great customer service! It's better to make reservations than to walk in. Lanes are well maintained. Food is good and they also have pool tables and great drinks inside Splits Bar!

We had such a fun night bowling here. The music was great and we had no problem getting a lane on a weekend night when everyone else was fully booked. The boneless wings were great and they had a great selection of food and drinks.

Clean center. Owner has done a Great Job keeping center up to date as well as his other centers! Fun place to take the kids or family. With rain coming soon will be busy. Go earlier in the day.

Pro shop, Bowlers Depot, is terrific! Jeff and Quinn are very helpful, and get you in and out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was a tournament going on the morning we went and we weren’t able to try our new balls. However, as a return customer, I had faith Jeff did a terrific job drilling our balls.

Very convenient and clean location. The only problem is they don’t have food or a snack options. There’s nothing you can buy to pair with your drinks while you’re playing for a few hours.

This place is like the is like the Taj Mahal of bowling alleys. Pretty darn cool.

First time here and we had a great time. The entire place is Very clean, all the balls are organized. And the price was pretty decent. The food was actually really good, the kids loved it and prices for food is really reasonable. 4.59 for a huge hot dog, 7.99 for a big burger. I hate when places that have you trapped charge a ton for food. We will come again!

It is a good looking bowling alley and actually looks like a bowling alley not like a lounge, which is hard to find now a days.

Very noisy with music and bright lights. Not a place if you are really serious bowler. Too many distractions. Great place for a party or friendly get together.

My son Jonathan and I were there yesterday with our friends from our church and we had a great time. Customer service was very good the only thing I had an issue with is that you weren't able to slide when you approach the pins to throw your ball when you get to the foul line. Other than that I had a great time
