Been here twice now for the little one. Each the experience has been excellent. YES! There is a wait time and we've waited max 20 min while everything is being set up. I've NEVER been ANYWHERE in Ca where there hasn't been some type of wait for MD visits. Anyway, all the staff here has been super nice and professional so far and our Pediatrician Dr. Kambria Ripp is great. I'm sure all the other Peds are great as well. Plus, there are lots of little things to keep the kiddos entertained also. Parking is fairly simple with free valet. If you're not into that sort of stuff there is plenty of structure parking (super tight) and outside parking as well (good luck with that). All in all good experience so far.

They are ALWAYS behind schedule and they NEVER bother to communicate or give you updates while you're waiting 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time. It's so frustrating. We had an appointment today at 3:15. We showed up at 3:00. At 4:35 there was still no sign of the doctor, so we asked for a refund on my co-pay and left. I would understand if this happened on an exception basis, but it happens every single time. RESPONSE TO THE "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER": Proactively communicate with your customers (yes, customers!) when you're running late. Apologize. Offer them a cup of water. Something!! Don't just let them sit there wondering what's going on. It's real basic customer service. I have no interest in reaching out to the Executive Director of Business and Patient Relations. Maybe he/she should reach out to me and see if I'm interested in rescheduling the appointment that never happened.

He is truly a doctor that looks out for his patients, my son was sick and he was able to see him, the thing that makes him great he will explain everything that you need to know. He called us about 2 or so hours he switched us and asked how our son was. He also said if need be we could in the next day he will make sure to see us.

I would typically give Edinger 4 stars but effort and empathy in th medical profession is a necessity. I realize that overall this is the fault of Island Dermatology more than Edinger but the lack of care that I received from Linda when I called was just really upsetting. I booked an appointment with Island Dermatology 30 days ago for a skin cancer screening. They booked the appointment with no problem and did not say anything about needing anything else. But today 22 hours before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call from an office clerk stating they needed an updated referral from my Primary Care Physician. Island Dermatology should have requested the referral at the time I scheduled the appointment or at the very least told me I would have to get a new referral before they could schedule my appointment - THEY DID NEITHER. When I called Edinger Medical Group to explain the problem I was told I had to come in and see a doctor before they will issue a referral even though they haven't seen me in person since March 2020 because they were not doing in person visits whenever I scheduled one. Maria at Island Dermatology and Linda at Edinger Medical Group neither one wanted to exert any effort to do their job and provide the service for their patient. Now, my appointment that took a month to get is essentially cancelled and I am going out of town for 2 weeks the day after so I have to start all over when I get back and wait another 4-6 weeks to get an appointment with my PCP and then get another appointment with Island Dermatology. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!

I used to love this place. Unfortunately the Doctors are always too busy. Its been very difficult to see my doctors. I tried to make an appt to see anyone tomorrow and was told none of the doctors are available and they tried to push me off to an urgent care. They have their own but they can make an appt for me now. I have to call in tomorrow. Time to find care elsewhere. Maybe they have too many patients, but they keep advertising to be the best in OC. Im not seeing it anymore.

Edinger Medical group was just what I was looking for. I just moved into the area and was given there name. Very professional, getting a new patient appointment was quick. All the staff was kind and listened to all my questions. Would recommend this group

The staff was courteous and efficient. My appt was on time. So happy Dr Hembree is back. She's the best Dr I've ever had. She's extremely knowledgeable and listens. She answers all my question and has the perfect remedy. I always feel healthier after I leave my visit. She's patient and understanding. I feel lucky to have her as my #1 Doctor!

Dr. Middlebrooks is a prefect doctor. He thoroughly examined my problems and gave me a clear explanation. He listened patiently to my questions and provided good answers. The facility is clean and staff are very nice.

I had been struggling with a sinus infection for quite a while and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Lana was very helpful and ordered an antibiotic during my appointment. She also gave me other advice to help me with the situation. It really helped me and I was able to go out of town with friends a few days later.

Amazingly kind and friendly staff. . . Great doctors. . . In and out n less than 30 minutes. . . There’s a reason why they’ve been rated the best medical group in Orange County for 7 years in a row.

I’ve been part of EMG for over 15+ years I have only positive feedback. But Lana Nguyen is 100% the BEST she takes her time to listen to all your problems and concerns. She made me feel better when I left the office. She’s very thorough. I will be requesting her from now on. Thank you Lana Nguyen for all you do!!

I had an excellent experience going in last minute to Edinger Medical, because I was suffering with severe asthma. The young man that was the nurse that checked me in was absolutely amazing!!! A positive attitude and great personality. It was Halloween and he was dressed up as Ernie. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but thank you for being so happy and so positive throughout. Rebecca Lee was outstanding and very thorough! She went as far as ordering chest x-rays to make sure everything was OK. I truly felt that she checked every box and I'm very appreciative. Thank you Rebecca Lee for caring!

Have been coming here for about 15 years and my husband over 27. We are very happy with everyone here. I am extremely grateful for Lana Vo, she’s simply amazing and truly cares for her patients. She’s caring, she’s a great listener, amazing overall.

Dr. Rivelle is very nice to work with. She listens and is accommodating which I appreciate. The office is organized and very efficient. The staff member who helped me during the visit was not friendly but she did her job well. No personality.

I have seen Nurse Practioner Jeanie Lam before and have always been impressed with her courteous and knowledgeable demeanor. She knew just what was needed for my earache. All the staff at Edinger Medical group are super and provide a high level of excellence. Way to go EMG team.

Not helpful. Physical scheduled way in advanced but told to reschedule due to cold symptoms. I thought it was actually going to be helpful to come in but was the opposite. Do not recommend dr Lin.

My visit with Dr. Victor Lin in Suite 301 was terrible. I've never had a medical professional treat me with such underlying disdain. I went to him for referrals to a psychotherapist for my depression and PTSD and an endocrinologist for my lab work low testosterone, high estrogen, low EDTA and high hematocrit levels, and he offered nothing of the sort. All he wanted to focus on was asking me a line of questions in the most accusatory manner ever, about my request for approval on my disability claim. I left in worse shape than I came. To add insult to injury, my wife was in labor right next door, and I left her there for this irritating experience. UPDATE on 04/17/2023: Dr. Lin has since seen m again, and with this follow up visit was much nicer and helpful. I didn’t ask for much outside of a couple referrals to specialists and for him to look into a chronic cough that I’ve had since recovering from RSV. He was very accommodating with this visit, so I’ve decided to add two more stars to this post. I’m not going to give 5 stars, because I don’t know how genuine this recent experience was just damage control. Also…the Nurse that checked me in and got my vitals was really nice.

Always professional and kind! The staff at Edinger medical are the best. My doctor Dr. McConnaughey is a fine doctor,always takes time to listen to you.and always runs on time! He is excellent.

Edinger Medical Group has been my primary care provider for maybe twenty years. What keeps me coming back is the feeling that the medical professionals really care about my well-being. I am very satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment of whatever ails me. Secondarily, their administrative functions—scheduling, online access, prescription refills, etc.—are very good. Highly recommended!

I love my PCP, but I feel as though this facility is going down hill. I was told today I can't be seen in this office that I have been going to for over 23 years, that they don't see sick people anymore. What! All people who are sick at all must go to an urgent care facility. I was thankful the lady referred me to a local one, and turns out, thier facility blows Edinger away as I am convinced to switch over. I'm sad because I have been a patient of Edinger Meidcal group since 1998, but guess things must come to an end.

I had a simple vaccination shot lined up and they took me in early and got.me out with no hassle in minutes. Sane customer service everytime I come here, great.

Absolutely the best experience. As soon as I walked in there where multiple people willing to help me out. Normally I don’t like going in to see a DR. But this time it was fast and easy.

Horrible. I went in for to see Dr Rivelle. I was weighed , put into a room had my blood pressure taken asked a few questions and changed into a gown and was told Dr. Rivelle would be in to see me in a few minutes. Over 30 minutes passed Dr Rivelle never showed up. I'm sitting on the table waiting. I decided to change back into my clothes and walk out . I had talked to the secretary and explained what happend and she rudely replied " and you are? " I'm the person who never saw Dr. Rivelle. I got a text message saying we are sorry you missed your appointment. No I didn't I was there on time the Dr. Never showed! I emailed my regular doctor and haven't heard anything from Edinger Medical Group. Edinger Medical Group also wanted me to vote best in Orange County. I refused. Update*** I wrote a review for Edinger Medical Group about a week ago about my appointment with Dr Rivelle who never showed up. I have yet to hear back from the staffing. I needed to get an annual exam and they completely forgot about me! Edinger Medical Group is completely ignoring my emails. Update**** I have yet to hear anything back from Edinger Medical Group. It's hard to believe that this facility has better things to do than ignore a patients needs. I also have false notes written about me in my chart that have not been removed and I need them removed as the notes do not pertain to my medical history my regular doctor did not put the notes in and I have asked over and over to have them removed. I need to get an annual exam and nobody is helping me. Everyone who commented about the rude receptionist who answers the phones are absolutely correct.
