    The new location is very clean and pristine with state-of-the-art equipment. I had an ultrasound and mammogram appointment scheduled for 2:15. I checked in at 1:55 pm and did the pre-check online. They were running about an hour behind with scheduled appointments. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The ultrasound room was unreasonably, uncomfortably cold. I sincerely appreciated how thorough the radiologist was. But that was the longest hour of my life. Thank goodness the gel was warm. I left the building at 4:45 pm. Can't help but wonder how long the walk ins had to wait to be seen. I might return to this location for my six month follow up. I'll be sure to bring a heavy coat.

    Upon arrival, the front desk rep was busy doing something else with her back turned. I waited three to five minutes before she turned to acknowledge me. After she handled my paper work and I paid my copay she instructed me to sit down near where the nurse would call me back. I waited 45 minutes and was never notified that the tech was running behind although I overheard the representative mention someone was behind to the customers that came after me. I finally asked what was the ETA for them to call me back. The front desk rep did not look at me rather she talked to her computer screen and picked up the phone to check then told me another 10-15 minutes. I was walked back to the changing room by the tech who was going to conduct my MRI and told to store my belongings in the locker. He left the room. When I was done I came out and did not see anyone there- so I wondered to the first room that said MRI and he happened to be in there and said come in. But I should not have had to guess. I walked in and he was great. I, however could barely, under yeah the was saying when he talked over the microphone. When done he said that was it and helped me up. I went and go my belongings and wandered down the hall to the lobby. When I got to the lobby no one was in their and the door I came in was locked. There were no instructions on what to do- so I went back into the back knocked on the door that said employees only and said I can’t get out. The rep said that’s weird and tried helping before saying I will let you out this way. Another rep came by and say oh you have to use the other door. Poor communication is a customer service nightmare for clients. Please do better.

    My appointment was at at 5:50 p.m. so they asked me to be there 20 minutes before I was. I had done done all paperwork online already. They front desk ladies were nice and polite. I waited for a very long time they had a person that was claustrophobic I am too but this does not mean you make people wait for almost 3 hours just reschedule them for a new appointment and see the other people that's very unprofessional. If there was 0 stars I would rate that for that reason. Finally I was they took my MRI and there.

    I was 15 minutes early for my MRI appointment, and waited over an hour to be soon. Also, they did not book me on an open MRI machine as discussed on the phone since I am mildly claustrophobic. However, due to not wanting to wait any longer, we made the non-open machine work and it was not so bad since both the top and bottom were open and the space was larger than I anticipated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would have given five stars if I did not have to wait so long.

    The back team was wonderful!!! Specially Barbara who injected my contrast was fenomenal. The guy which performed my MRI was spectacular and everyone involved in my procedure done a great job. Front desk not as hood but can use little more experience handling customers.

    Nice folks, great facility, looooooong wait times after arriving early for appointment. Arriving an hour late would have worked out fine. REALLY obsessive, intrusive notification (4X) by email and text messaging (3x) all in the interest of having the patient photograph and upload their insurance card, ID, insurance authorization and health history. Made light work for the staff, PITA for the patient.

    Check-in was quick and organized. Wait time was relative quick with a full room. Technician was polite and efficient. One suggestion: perhaps use lines or better visibility exit signs ( consider elderly) perhaps an escourt.

    It was easy to make an online appointment. The check-in process was speedy (but be prepared to show all the same documents you upload online), and there was no real wait. The tech was friendly and professional. Minor gripe: They require payment upfront. It is much easier to track my deductible and any insurance adjustments when the provider bills my carrier.

    Staff at the front desk at the CT scan MRI section seem to be clueless when I checked in today I did the online pre-check in walk to the counter spoke to the nice young gal. She started to check me in and said she had all my info and asked me to have a seat sat there for over 25 minutes and finally the tech came out asking where his 11:00 a.m. appointment was which happened to be me and nobody seemed to know where I was at. So ask the CT tech what name he's looking for and he said my name and I said well that's me and somehow my papers were conveniently left on the printer and I was forgotten about until the tech asked where I was. What a joke

    Service was awesome and the overall experience was a lot less stressful than I imagined. They let me know what was happening every step of the way. I would recommend going there for your imaging needs. Was amazing to see how the old Orchard Supply store was transformed into this place and an Urgent Care next door.

    New, large and very clean facility with up to date equipment. Courteous and efficient. Love the open MRI capability. Asked to arrive early. Arrived 35 minutes early, and they took me in 30 minutes late after I asked for the status.

    The best part about Wave imaging was the MRI tech (sadly I didn’t get her name) and the X-ray tech (Brandon). They were both warm and personable, professional, and kind to my mom and to us. The worst part was that the people at the front desk were neither warm nor personable, and they had difficulty getting our order right. Evidently mom’s doctor had not written the order to their liking, and I had to practically beg them to call the doctor to get the correct information. I really didn’t want my poor little 91 year old mom to have to make another trip to the imaging center. In the end, the manager of the imaging center told me that they don’t do the kind of X-rays the doctor was ordering. Funny, because they told my sister they would do it when she made the appointment… and I was told that those X-rays have been performed at that center. Why they would lie to me I don’t know. I guess they just like to put little old ladies through more pain than is necessary. We will not be going back to this center… it was too stressful for all of us. Oh and it was super cold in there… thankfully the MRI team gave us a blanket to snuggle under.

    This location is brand new and had State of the art equipment to boot. Professional staff and helpful nurses helped me throughout the process. Low wait time, very clean, not crowded and would recommend for anyone needing a MRI or other image service. Special shout out to the MRI tech and X-ray team for talking me though and helping me get on and off table.

    I arrived thirty minutes early and checked in. I was seen within thirty minutes of my appointment time. The attendant was very clear with instructions and helpful. I had a pleasant visit.

    Great front desk staff. I had an exceptional specialist. She did more than what I expected. 10 times better than the specialist I'd seen at a completely different facility that handles ultrasounds. I appreciate them and hope to go to this location again if I have any other tests needed.

    This place is really clean and friendly staff. I was prepared to wait a long while because it was busy and my X-ray was important. Literally -they got me in fast. I understand the waiting part and how important the X-rays are. I wouldn’t mind waiting here, the place is nice.

    Got an mri here today and was called back within 15 minutes. Asked for a disc of my results and they handed it to me within 5-10 minutes. Super fast and efficient. Place is clean and pleasant staff.

    Having an appointment at night was better than the day time. I was seen at my actual time. I had 2 appointments. The MRI went great and the tech was kind. The 2nd appointment was an ultra sound on my neck and the tech was good yet asked if I mind if the student she was training could practice. I said I didn’t mind but wish I didn’t cause it took much longer then I wanted to be there. I am just thinking if we say yes to student trading. They should also add it may be additional time so are you still willing and or give discount for student practice.

    The facility was very neat & clean. The receptionist were very nice. Check in was fast. The gentlemen doing the test was very nice they showed legitimate concern for me, my safety & any concerns I may have had. The test went well. I was on & out of there in 30 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied 👍🏾👍🏾

    The Team at Wave imaging were top notch. I had an MR the technologist was very professional and courteous. Front desk lady was very nice. I deducted a star because my encounter with the scheduler who yelled at me twice while I was making the appointment was very unprofessional. I wanted to not schedule the exam because of her manner. I am glad I did not. The staff definitely made up for what was lacking in the scheduling. Thank You for assisting with my imaging needs.

    The process during the MRI is well managed and everyone is very friendly. The facilities are spacious, modern and clean. The only complaint is a 1 hour 10 minute wait to be called for the MRI after I checked in. That's way too long to be sitting around.

    Just very recently started coming here for ultrasounds and I would 100% recommend this place! All of the ultrasound techs and nurses have been amazing and extremely kind and friendly. They're very gentle and listen to you and care deeply about you and your health. The location is very modern and definitely upgraded in a good way! Definitely recommend!

    This is a spanking new facility, only a year old. I only wish all my medical appointments where this pleasant. They were so fast and efficient that they even reached out to me to show up early for my appointment, which I did. They took me back right away and got me out within 15 minutes or so of when I started. It was amazing. The staff was so friendly also.

    They have been very quick to get the test ran and give us results. Everyone has been very pleasant. They made our visit a very nice one. The doctor was very nice and caring making sure she kept us informed of her every move. I would highly recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

    Everyone was nice and very professional. The workers were very skillful and knowledgeable about their field (bone scan technician gave me a very good talk on what a bone scan entailed and what the doctor was looking for) and I was very pleased. The office is efficiently run. Enjoyed the experience.

    Exceptional, loving care was given to my mom, starting with the appointment, where Melanie helped the doctor get the procedure authorized by the insurance, and with all the staff, once we arrived. They truly all appeared to enjoy their jobs...caring for others with professionalism, in a very nice, clean facility. It was a wonderful experience for the MRI that my mom was very apprehensive about, originally. We will highly recommend WaveImaging and RadNet to everyone. Thank you! ❤️

    From the moment I first entered your location and getting scheduled for three appointments, I was handled with professionalism. Each person took the time to assure me that everything would and did in fact go smoothly by each department. I have shared this experience with family and friends along with recommending your facility to them for their future imaging and x-ray needs. Thank you again to the entire staff from the front desk to the back with the lab technicians I was very pleased with my visit and friendly experience.

    Very efficient. Front staff is very helpful. And Min who did my bone scan was wonderful. Min obviously likes her job and has such a pleasant, caring and positive attitude that it was a good experience and I got out of there in record time.
