Surfing theme clothing store I noticed that there was a clearance sales section. I bought many things with a great price. I was so satisfied.

The quality of the clothing is better than other brands and at a fair price. The employees are also very friendly and helpful, so if you need any assistance feel free to ask them.

My package was delivered by email two days ago and I called Hollister yesterday and said that my package did not reach me. They said that I should call them again tomorrow and I called them again today and they told me again that I should call them again tomorrow. Why does no one care?

I went here the other day to purchase some items and their customer service was lacking. The cashiers are not the nicest. Bunch of Gen-Zers with no customer service skills or politeness. Barely doing any work anyway and they have the worst attitudes. I will not be going back to this location I’d rather shop online to be honest.

Horrible customer service from Management & cashiers where their responsibly is to help you kindly with issues that come from the company. Here at Northridge, management is really unprofessional & does not help you with situations that were caused from there own stores. You tell them to do their job calling customer support & they get angry because it’s something they don’t want to deal with. Their cashiers are horrible where even bother to ask or check if you have an account with them or even both bother to greet or farewell you. Other than that the other employees do a great job

Workers did not greet; they would not give me a refund nor store credit for something that was still within the policy. No hospitality nor people skills from the girls at this location.

Neat, clean and organized associates have always been helpful and they have a good return policy.

Worst dressing room service. On Dec. 23 I went and the young black lady told me to wait but she forgot about me and didn't help me for a long time. She should be fired

The personal is really nice, I had a return and they happily did it for me. It was a great experience.

I wasn't able to find a size of a shirt I wanted, but the staff were friendly and engaging.

Always come here they recognize me. They all are so nice and polite I take my dog and they are always petting him and he loves them to. Have been coming here for 2 years.
