I haven't shopped here for awhile because on at least 3-4 occasions I had items repaired and what usually happens is while they tighten the stone that was loose they loosen another stone and I end up losing a stone anyway. This has happened everytime I took a ring in for repair. I can't say they are in fact unethical but... the last time I took a ring in I simply wanted them to take the main stone our and replace it with a different stone I had. Well the ring was in perfect condition and when I picked up my ring it looked great. But because by then I remember why I stopped going there.So I took my ring to a jeweler near my home to have it check and yep they found a stone loose. So keep it in mind

This place used to be so friendly I bought several items. But now ? It’s unfortunately a complete mess. The young lady that was suppose to help me find diamond earrings was very condescending and made couple of rude remarks. I hoped she was just being funny but no, she was unapologetic in her rudeness. You would think a place that sells diamonds could have some class and excellent customer service but not this one not anymore sorry.

Highly recommend this place. Maria is amazing!!! She went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. Thanks to her and her expertise I was able to find the perfect gift. I will for sure be back thanks to her. She's a true asset to her team, they are very lucky to have such an amazing employee like her.

I don’t venture into social media, nor post about shopping experiences but my experience with Jewelry Exchange was exceptional; without the details, the company’s actions backed their word-they put customer satisfaction ahead of quick profit. Harry and Mason exceeded expectations (to use employee appraisal terms) in listening and working to guarantee a positive shopping experience and I cannot thank both of them enough. My fiancé and I went into the Jewelry Exchange for an engagement ring. This was the first time going to look at rings. Inez greeted us at the door immediately. We spent a few hours looking at different diamond options. Inez was patient and pulled out all the stops for us! She showed us a variety of diamonds and different settings. She wasn’t lying when she said the jewelry exchange would be the first and last store we went to! I found a stunning oval diamond that was more than I could have asked for. Every time I purchase a diamond through their website, they call me back to tell me the diamond isn’t available. Then they offer me a lesser quality diamond for $2-$4k higher than one I originally paid for. There systems have conveniently been down for almost 6months now.

This place is a joke… They call themselves jewelry store & can’t reset a wedding set they want you to buy a new one… No wonder why they have to advertise a lot because the are so unprofessional to get you in… Good jewelers do almost anything for you & design what you want, not try sell you another set after 20 years…

I went into the jewelry exchange intestine from my home in Temecula. I had an $1800 credit which I tried to spend on some stones to be inserted in some jackets that were sold to me by them a year ago. Of course they would not honor the purchase from a year ago, their jeweler that had the stones was on lunch and so they provide me with a sales person have a personality of a dish rag. She spent more time flirting with the manager then she did helping me. It took me one hour to spend $1800 in this place of business which I would not have spent had I not had the credit. You’re better off to go to Costco better service better quality!!!

I have purchased jewelry from your Norristown, PA location several years ago and had a nice experience. This time, I purchased an engagement ring online but the process was somewhat nerve wracking for such an expensive purchase. In the end, I received my ring in the mail. However, there wasn’t much communication via email or any other way letting me know where in the process my order was. I received an initial email summarizing my purpose and was told that I’d receive another once the purchase shipped, but didn’t receive that email. I did reach a live person but they didn’t give me much confidence. It was a young woman. If I had more TLC throughout the process that would have been more reassuring. In the future, I would purchase from you again, but would probably go to an actual brick and mortar store. Thank you!

The customer service I received from Marco and Cameron was top tier. This was my first time purchasing from the Jewelry Exchange online. I was hesitant at first, I placed my order and my earrings came quickly. I wasn't happy with my items so, I started the exchange process with Marco through text messages and phone calls. Then I got a message from Cameron explaining how they were searching their inventory for particular carat weight, clarity and my budget. I received multiple videos of earrings to choose from until I made my final decision. Once the exchange happened, I received my items a few days later. I'm pleased with the incredible service I received and look forward to making my next purchase.

I went with my son who made a substantial purchase , I also purchased gold hoops that I needed specifically to support glass designer beads that are interchangeable- not only did they allow me to put my beads on the earrings but their in house jeweler made the necessary adjustments I requested . It was efficient , very affordable and the employees could not have been any kinder. I would definitely take the 60 minute trip from my home there again! It is well worth it! The store I went to is in Sudbury MA.

Spoke with Audrey on Friday about a ring I saw online, they did not have it, but she said come in to see our selection. My husband and I went on Saturday and met with Audrey, she knew right away what I liked and patiently showed me many rings. We ended up getting the first one she recommended. It is absolutely beautiful, and they sized it had it ready in about 1 hour. My wedding ring was missing a small stone, had them replace it and rhode dipped, and it looks like new. We had a great visit to this store. They are all very friendly, Maryam M. helped us. They explained all the ins and outs of buying from them, there was no pressure to purchase and they let us try out a number of different rings. We did some comparison shopping at other stores ( which were quite a bit more expensive and there was a lot of pressure to but RIGHT THEN) after that we went back to the jewelry exchange and purchased a beautiful ring. It was a custom order, and when it came in (about 12 weeks later) it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this specific store location (as that was our experience)

Richard was very friendly and helpful in sending the ring to the main store in California for repair. When the ring came back, to our supprise we were told the ring could not be repaired! Very disappointed In their customer service. I wanted to give my daughter the stone from my wedding ring for sentimental reasons. She wanted to place the stone in a new setting for her engagement ring. I emailed The Jewelry Exchange to ask if we could buy a new engagement ring and wedding band and have my stone placed in the new ring. I was told yes, and even sent links to settings. When we arrived, we also told (and showed) the salesperson what we wanted to do. After picking out rings, the manager decided they just were too busy to do the work! I told them that I had an email verifying that they do this type of work, but they didn’t care. It was a complete waste of time and left my daughter very disappointed. Thankfully, we found a delightful jeweler elsewhere who was a professional.

(so thoughtful) The day after our engagement I went in because I heard they have a great selection & I was so nervous I’d be searching for awhile to fit my picky taste. Not pleased with my experience at Jewelry Exchange. I spent $500 to buy a gold pendant necklace for my spouse. We took it to another store to get engraved, as they don’t have the capabilities in-house at JE, and were told it was scratched and looked used. My spouse called into JE to discuss remediation options and was treated poorly and rushed while on the call with the representative. Not pleased with this situation and I don’t plan on doing business with them in the future. Client experience is important and I’d look past the scratched product if the experience calling in to remediate was more positive.

Great prices on loose diamonds. Haggle a bit for a better deal. Take plenty cash and win.

It was bad really bad ...went in there to buy a ring and couple other gift for my wife ....got left standing for around 25 min when I told the manger that no one was helping ...he told me that someone would be in a min ....no body came ....mind you I was planning to spend around 20000.
