Been going here for a few months and they are fantastic. The employees are friendly and remember you/your dog after a while. My dog loses his mind with excitement once he realizes that we are at BSB. They have a good selection of toys, food, and supplements for your dog. And they have grooming, vet services, multiple locations, and good hours. I would use them even more during the week if work didnt mean I have to drop my dog off before 8am.

Excellent place for daycare and grooming! The employees are nice and caring; they send updates and pictures throughout the day. Space is safe and clean, and the prices are good for the location. Dogs seem happy to be here! I can highly recommend them.

While the area where the dogs hang out is a little sparse, it’s always clean, and more importantly, the team there is so cool and friendly that my dog genuinely gets excited to see them when I drop her off. Always take your dog’s word for it. And mine really seems to like it here.

Wow just called to ask a few questions in regards to their grooming and they answered the phone extremely unprofessional. Beyond awkward. Yeah not getting my dog groomed here.

My go to for grooming! I used to go here before the management change and was worried that things would be different, but everything changed for the better! The lady is always sweet and welcoming and my doggo comes out clean and fresh. I do love it when they give her a bandana but it doesn’t always happen all the time sadly!

Super friendly staff. There was an older gent that would take great care of my pit and wouldn't even ask for a muzzle. Always kept my pooch's b-hole glands cleaned up and ears spotless!

People are very nice and helpful. Our dog came back looking great! Haircut was exactly as asked.

I walk into the shop today and this new employee looks at me like im not suppose to be there. She just frowns at me and looks at me like I have a problem. This isn't my first time getting my dog groomed there. Usually there is a adt there who is very welcoming. I don't know what happened to her, but they should bring her back. I called them and canceled my appointment. I should have canceled it in the store. Not going back.

I don't really leave review but I was very disappointed with the grooming they did to my dog because I paid a lot for what was done. As soon as I arrive to pick up my dog the lady told me that my dog tried to bite her which is so not like her. So I immediately was like ummm ok but I said maybe because it's her first time here. The lady then went to go get my dog from the cage and came back to tell me she couldn't take her out and to take her out myself because my dog wouldn't let her grab her. I paid and took my dog and as soon as we got in the car I can tell her face was not cleaned properly, her hair was all botched and her nails and hair around her paws were not trimmed. I really do not like confrontation or complaining so I did not tell them anything but definitely NOT going back. PLEASE SEE PAST REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I have been bringing my boys here for grooming. They always look beautiful! and clean. So happy to have them in the area. This places is very clean and professional. The staff is also great, everyone is nice and caring! Very satisfied, they are AWESOME!

I just got my baby Blanca back from Bone Sweet Bone. Her transformation was just wonderful, such kind and sweet service they have here. If you want your baby cuter than ever Bone Sweet Bone is the spot!!

Nice small space for puppy training. They have onsite parking which can get a bit crowded, however, they tend to carry high quality treats and food at a reasonable price. My puppy enjoys the natural chews and rawbble I purchase here more than almost any other treats/food

There was no appointment upon arrival and they changed their rates from 90 to 120

Nice groomers...they take good care of your dog...and do a nice hair cut

You know when you visit Bone Sweet Bone they love what they are doing, and that’s what I look for when it comes to my dogs. I have a sick dog and they have given him extra attention. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love BSB!  I've been taking my dog here for years and it's been great every-time. Excellent grooming job, extraordinary customer service, and very clean facility. They also have a great shop with food and toys. Good prices for the area and convenient location.

Love this place - after a bad experience with K9 Loft, we moved our dog grooming here. All 3 of our dogs get groomed and bathed by the professionals here- they are great and super friendly!
