The worst experience ever. I have no idea why people give this place such high reviews. The phone number on website never works, and I managed to find the correct booking number from HotDoc app. I had been told to attend in person to register myself before making any booking. Then I was made to wait 1.5 hours until meeting the doctor. I had never wait that long to see a GP ever. Then I had been told that I have to pay $20 cash extra for my appointment after using Medicare. Everything here is ridiculous, my first and last time to this place.

It’s so nice to finally find a medical centre which is punctual for appointments. New and clean facility, friendly but professional staff. And most importantly credits to Dr Eunice for genuinely being a caring and attentive individual, she is an asset to the team! Thank everyone at United Medical for making it a good experience.

My whole life up until now, I put up with a really awful clinic and never really had the same doctor. After being recommended to visit Dr. Agnes Le-Kim at United Medical Centre Waverley, I can’t believe I went this long without realising how important a good clinic and doctor is. From my first consult Dr. Agnes was so professional, caring and thorough. Coming to Dr. Agnes with a concern, she explores all areas of why this may be happening and suggests many different ways to approach what we are dealing with. She is such a fantastic doctor who provides such a safe space, I feel so lucky to have found her and I will always put my trust in her. United Medical Centre is also such a open, bright, welcoming space as soon as you walk in. Reception are always so lovely and helpful. Can’t recommend this clinic enough.

TLDR: Dr. Eunice Ouano was very knowledgable. I came here for a second opinion after visiting my usual GP as I felt like my usual GP doesn't know much about my condition or the appropriate treatment for it. Turns out I was right. Dr. Eunice Ouano knew about the condition way better, explained it way better, offered 3 options for treatment, and also explained many factors that should be taken into consideration for the treatment options. The consultation was comprehensive and thorough. I've been going to another clinic with 3 doctors for 8 years and have never had such a comprehensive and thorough consultation, I'm usually being rushed as they literally allocate 10 mins for each standard consultation. I will be switching to this clinic from now on. In addition to the doctor, the building is much better with more carparks, the receptionists were more friendly and professional, and the overall impression is just much better. Unfortunately though, they can be hard to book, I had to wait 8 days to see a doctor here. All the bad reviews are about the wait time, but when you're being seen by the doctor and you're not being rushed, and that's how you know they are different from the other bulk billing clinics in the area.

Dr Agnes Le Kim is a wonderful, caring Doctor who takes the time to understand our needs and explains diagnoses and treatments well. She has been my Doctor for over 20years and my family see her as well. I am happy to travel a little further to continue seeing her as my GP. The staff at United Medical Centre are also friendly and welcoming. It’s a nice, modern practice with a nurse and pathology on site which makes it convenient to have most of our medical needs met in the one location.

Definitely the best medical practice I have ever been to! Both Dr. Agnes and Dr. Eunice are incredibly dedicated, hard-working ladies who are sympathetic to your situation. And, they don't watch the clock!! Keep up the great work, UMC and Drs A and E!

I am very happy to have found this clinic near my house. Today was my first visit. Dr Jing Xu was very helpful, and offered professional service. The only suggestion I have is if we can see the doctors as close as possible to the appointment time. Do we all get used to have to wait more than 30minutes? I don’t mind if my appointment time is 3pm, instead of 2:30. So if it is 2:30, I expect to be seen at 2:45.

Underwent an iron infusion with Dr Jing and nurse Chloe. Both were fantastically professional, friendly and attentive. No pain from the IV and the process went flawlessly. I was incredibly anxious but settled immediately under their care and thorough communication. Thank you.

I was referred to United Medical Centre around 18 months ago and I have to say it has been without doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr Agnes was very supportive and her professional skills were much appreciated. Right down to ensuring that my medications were up to date by providing me with the latest inoculation. The practice is very modern and easy to navigate.

I visited today at 29/7/23 around 10:00am. I was requested by the Dr to conduct the blood test and hence, I went to the 4cyte pathologist. The lady was so rude, she rudely asked me to “Close the door”, I awaited for 10 minutes to get seated on the chair. She asked me which I hand I prefer for the blood test, I suggested left as per the past experience. She asked me if I have fasted before the test, which I did eventually. She informed me that my veins are tiny but then after 3 seconds she put the big insulin in - without checking the other hand if she could find a better spot. Seriously, that’s the level of service you provide? I am having swollen arm which is not usual as I have done this tests before and could barely move my hand even after few hours passed by I visited this clinic in past and the nurse who consulted me 2 months back was pretty good and hence, I visited again. But, I wont suggest anyone now onwards to visit this clinic as that questions on a safety of patients.

Going there for two years. Doctor never on time always waited 2 hours or so even though booked an appointment. Got late once and they told me to rescedule even after insisting that I took of work unpaid for this and need this. PS: Responding to your answer. I booked in for 10.30 and my appointment was moved with out notification. I reached 10.45 so technically 15 minutes late. As explained number of times to your receptionist who didnot seem to care. I took off from work unpaid half day to attend. I had a chat with your receptionist who advised come in and didnot say dont come rescedule. Also never once seen any off doctor on time always hours late. Didnot say a word. I would have resceduled if possible and not said anything but my family is flying on wednesday overseas so. I was expecting some compassion even told the staff that I can wait all day but they didnot cared. If you follow rules do them always not when you feel like. Thanks. Will never see me again

Dr Eunice is a Gem! I have seen many GPs, but she for sure stands out by far! She is caring; she patiently listens and very accurate in diagnosis. I cannot recommend her enough! The practice and reception staff are professional yet friendly and helpful in triaging and appointment booking.

This clinic always nice and clean, easy to get a same day appointment and I don’t have to wait 30-40 mins before I see the doctor. Dr. Ming Yong is very explanatory on things that I’m worry about. He takes time to explain and discuss things unlike my other clinic, you wait for 30-40 mins, then the doctor see you for 5-10 mins and you out the door. It takes me half an hour to get to this clinic from where I live but it’s totally worth it. I’m taking my kids to see Dr.Ming Yong from now on. The reason not to give 5 stars is that they don’t take new patients online, and you have to come during week days. Therefore, you won’t able to book an appointment in the weekend if you are a new patient.

Dr. Eunice has been great!! She really takes time listening, answering and explaining whatever questions I have during the appointment, she is a very attentive doctor. I have recommended her to my family members.

My wife and I changed family doctors a few years ago because of our old doctor had retired. We changed to United Medical Center and found the clinic to be excellent. In particularly one doctor deserves a huge mention. Dr Agnes Le-Kim. Dr Agnes Le-Kim is by far the best doctor we have seen. Dr Le-Kim is extremely thorough and caring and provides highly personal and professional service. Dr Le-Kim is now our family doctor and we could not be happier.

Got my Pfizer shot on a Sunday. Service was quick, on time, very efficient. The nurse was able to administer the injection without me feeling anything. She said she had a special technique of grabbing and lifting the muscle. I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

My first visit to United Medical Centre was very friendly. The staff are accommodating and informative. Dr Agnes Le Kim was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding my health. Recommend this facility to anyone.
