In Petstoke 10 min no one moved to say hi to us grooming is tiny no room for the dogs that are in there or staff to do there work very clostrifobic if we are under COVID restrictions only 1 team member can work in grooming the amount of room is ridiculous way to small

Have been shopping here for a while now at this store always happy with the service until last Friday. I asked the cashier if they price matched which i normally do but i forgot to get a screenshot of the competitors price my fault. She was searching on her computer which took a while and i could see she was getting upset with me . If there was a problem she should have told me instead of telling me NOT MY JOB.!!! I think if you are dealing with customers thought her comments to me should have been a bit more professional. Next time i will make sure i get a screenshot of the competitors price hope the out come is different.

the staff canceled my online order said they have price error. But I think this is not the customers' fault，customer should get whatever they paid on the website. However，this is not the problem. The way the staff communicate to me is rude and impatient. The staff said you can do anything you want to do and hang up the phone immediately before I want to explain my thought on this issue. So this is your “friendly staff”？

nice retail with all your pet needs, slight downside it a bit more expensive than your average small business pet store. either than that everything else is great!

Great groomers, I have a toy poodle and he looked scruffy and I was told by another groomer he needed to be shaven but these groomers were great 👍. Kept his beautiful fur style and he looked a million dollars. Very reasonable with price too.

I have been into this store twice this week to but products for my son's Dachshund puppy and have found the staff to be so helpful especially Charlie and Lydia, would recommend the store.

After returning from taking my dog to the store for a bath I was extremely annoyed as after soaking my dog in water found there was no shampoo in the machine when then calling someone and having to wait while they fixed it after washing my dog then found there was no conditioning rinse. Maybe if the staff spend less time socialising they would then be able to make sure everything in the store is working correctly

Friendly and helpful staff. Never had a problem. Clean, well stocked store. I get all my pet needs from here.

The most unhelpful staff ever- would be much better if an adult actually worked in the store and not all 16 year olds who don’t have a clue. Will never shop here again.
