👍 Went to Crocs today for my son's friends party, the two hosts, Anna & Erica, in the disco room were lovely and so friendly and were great with the kids. However, I noticed several times one of the girls at the front, Kate, being rude to other staff. The food was nice, and the Mr Croc was a nice touc... The person at front entry didn’t explain much and wasn’t very welcoming. There were pretty average facilities old and fairly dirty the balls were not accessible for the machine the jumping castle was torn and old . The soap dispensers were empty and it was hard to find any hand sanitisers. The food menu was hard to understand.

The overall experience for kids was great but somehow for celebrating a birthday party the space was too congested. Moreover the lightning was a big disappointment. Could have been better.

I visited Crocs play centre today to spend the day with my grandson for his birthday at Narre Warren! I have never met such an arrogant women in my life to work in this environment with children! $80 worth of dishes were a waste of money and when my daughter returned a focaccia that had been microwaved to be toasted “DANNIELLE” was so arrogant and rude, slamming it in the toaster by tipping the plate upside down dropping the focaccia in , left it in a minute and took it out talking to other staff wearing a “shitty” facial expression as I watched from the table. So I decided to wait at the counter and inform DANNIELLE that her attitude was not suitable for this workplace. Half the filling was missing and it was like a microwaved soft focasccia. Terrible food. Feel sorry for the young girls that get trained with that lady. Very disappointing.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my son's birthday at Crocs in Narre Warren! It's by far our favourite playcentre because staff are always so attentive and care about our experience. Our allocated party host took the time to look after all guests (kids and grown ups!) and the owner checked in with us a few times to see how we were going. The adult platters were generous, coffee was great... and kids had a 'roarsome' time. 5 stars for customer service and cleanliness!

Crocs was disgusting, the play areas need proper cleaning. The food was absolutely disgusting and the amount of unsupervised children was unsafe. The busy parking lot and noise is nothing I’ve seen before. Please read this before going there.

Thank you Crocs Narre Warren team for a wonderful 5th birthday. My grandson had a great time at his disco party with his friends. I also loved the experience we litterally walked in and the 2 coordinaters took over, what a dream! No stress or fuss the kids were kept well occupied with lots of dancing and games. It was as per the birthday package, definitely worth the money. Our 2 coordinaters were AWESOME and I can't thank you enough for making his day special.

We came here as a group. One of the mothers booked over the phone and was told it would be $10 per child as per mothers group special. Upon arrival at 2 we are told to walk in even though we made it clear that the lady that booked isn't in charge if paying for us. We are then approached and told there was an issue and we do need to pay - thats fine as we knew we had to pay. Coming to pay the mothers were told they have to pay the full fee as the special only applies outside of school holidays. The front lady didn't want to hear of anything about being told that its $10 and the fact that it was a day before the Victorian school holidays began. She made the ladies pay full price but I had to physically show her the Victorian Education website as she wasn't agreeing to giving me the discount. After proving her wrong, I'm told it's $13.50 and that there's no such $10 special. Prior to this at 3pm, we approach the counter to order the kids lunch, we are told kitchen is closed (even though they close at 4:30). We were approached about paying the entry fee but never approached to be told that kitchen is closing soon and if we wanted to order anything. Who closes kitchen an hr and half before closing time? At this stage we have been there for an hr. For a place that dosnt allow outside food or drink what did they expect us to feed our kids?! We had to leave to feed them, cut their play time short and pay full fee which was against what was advised on the phone. This was never about the money but the customer service which is appealing. We were a group of 10 women with 14 kids between us who wanted meals for their kids. It was their big loss and we will definitely not becoming here in the future for our mothers catch up and will be telling others as well.

We take our two granddaughters to Crocs’ [Narrewarren] each two weeks, but I must say now that the Venus here is really starting to look run down inside, when compared to other brands of similar sized Playcentres in the same area. For the last two visits, my wife has had to advise the Staff, that there has been no toilet paper at all in the Toilets here, which we would have thought was a priority item to be on hand. The two Ball Cannons in the main area have also been out of action for quite some time unfortunately and the lighting in the main three story high games and play area consists of only two overhead lights mounted high up on the ceiling area, which makes it near impossible to see what the children are up to. Full marks however for the Food that is available as it is always of a good standard, with fair prices to suit also. Please understand that this review is an honest one, from our regular attendance here with our Grandaughters, and we would hope that the Management here, reviews our comments and acts upon them accordingly, for everyone whom visits this playcentre.

This play centre is very good for kids ages 6 months to about 7. There’s plenty of areas but often the staff aren’t supervising the kids in different areas like the section for babies. You ask staff but it seems like you’re harassing them to do their job. In fact I’ve given this amount of stars purely on how bad the staff are… Particularly the two blond ladies that are there during the week. Honestly, their customer service is subpar. I think one is a manager and the younger one her helper but as the saying goes “the fish rots from the head” - the owner needs to look into this or you’ll lose long standing customers like me.

We had a party here in the Princess Room. I would have to say this was one of the best parties. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Would highly recommend

Our daughter celebrated her birthday at Croc's Narre Warren. The owner -Vidhi, with her staff were amazing. Mikhayla and Ashton were two amazing hosts and we all thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza and Cookie Baking party. The kids and adults, all enjoyed. The veg platter and chicken platter were kept separated and was respectful for all palates and tastes. Highly recommend the place.

This is my favourite play centre to take the kids in the area. Great variety of equipment and well looked after. If it's a hot day I recommended getting there early as it gets hot in there (especially high in the play equipment) very quickly.

Lots of stuff to do, they have the foam balls with the air guns and other various things that suck them up and spit them out. Theres 2 big slides, one of them is a drop slide and its not for the faint of heart 😅. Theres a little trampoline and a track around the playground to ride the little bikes on. Theres a big crocodile bouncy castle that's a bit beat up but the kids love it regardless. Also there's a great toddler area too that has it's own bouncy castle, a little boat and a multi storey playground with a slide.

Fantastic place for children's parties with a variety of different party rooms to choose from. For the Princess to the Pirate, the Underwater room for those who love the sea and a disco party room for those who love to dance. Maybe a fun cooking party for little chefs. Or just a fun place to take your children for a play. For the adults there is a Muffin Break for coffee and yummy muffins fresh sandwiches and wraps.

Take out all the extra pay to play games. It infinitely passes me off when my child melts down every time we go. I will change my rating if you do it. Cheers mate. Clean and enjoyable otherwise.
