    I have been a patient here since May’21. The worst phone service. My son and I never get an appointment with our own doctor. And they make mistakes in bookings all the time with wrong dates- three times already. What’s the point of having a house doctor if you have to wait 2 months to see them. The staff are unsympathetic and extremely unhelpful. They always Tell you to go to Närakut. Unprofessional service and not a place to go if you have long term illnesses

    Some really great people work here! Note that there is another healthcare provider in the same building (make sure not to mix them up) and know that neither has emergency services anymore.

    All good. Just dragging down 2 stars because the doctors works with throat, ears and nose and when you sit in the waiting room in front of the doctors staff toilet you Can hear everything… the problem is this: you cant hear a single one of the toilet visitors washing their hands after the toilet

    Fresh premises, the staff is 50/50 where half are friendly and professional (mostly nurses & lab staff) and the other half are nonchalant, who have neither knowledge nor desire to help (should not work in healthcare). Doctors refuse to write referrals to specialist care providers or examination. They want you to first book several visits here (not an emergency appointment) several weeks apart and then if it doesn't get better they might write a referral ..while you suffer all that time on alvedon. Each referral requires repetition of the above process, no complex examination in simple words. If it gets worse, you can visit the emergency department. My question, have you had top grades and studied for at least 7 years, to learn "rest, water and alvedon /ipren"? I don't notice any desire or enthusiasm to find out what is causing the symptoms and how to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    I came in for a health check and met Dr Ebba Lidman. She's a true professional, really emphatic, extremely welcoming and took the time to listen and provide me with feedback and advice. I wish more doctors would be like her.

    Friendly, care and good service mind staff at the reception. He tried to help out as much as he can. The doctor is also very nice with his explanation about the symptom. Booking Akut appointment from 1177.se makes it a lot easier. You can see the available time which you prefer. More importantly, it can be done in 3 mins. I am happy that I chose this vårdcentral after moving to Stockholm.
