The staff are fairly unfriendly and do not seem to have any idea what they are doing, testified by this very “ugly” cappuccino….. Come on, is it so hard to put your heart in your job? Kan ni inte ens göra en kaffe på 5 öre?! By the way, why do you need to serve coffee in paper mug even it’s not for takeaway? The tables are very dirty as well, just as all other customers have reviewed here earlier. Lesson learnt….don’t bother coming here!

Coffee and beverage shop in the mall of Scandinavia. Nice that it has power outlets for charging of devices, but the staff isn't very friendly or professional.

Food is ok... Main issue is the loud music (Not the music style), the music is always WAY TO LOUD can still hear it 3-5 stores away! Sound like a outside summer festival there. The staff aren't professional either usually Screaming and talking to each other completely ignoring costumers when there's a line waiting to buy...

I am very pleased with my experience at JOE & THE JUICE. where stressing over a job interview with in 30 min and manage to spill half my coffee cup on the table when placing it and the staff replaced it for free without me even asking. would like to give a big thanks to the staff.

Joe and the juice serve excellent fruit juice, smoothies, coffee and some snacks like grilled sandwiches. The staff is usually not very customer orientated but if you can manage to look passed that it's a good place for fruit juice. It is a bit pricey

Seems like shakes and sandwiches have improved since I last tried them, all very good. Music is lowered, but it's still loud. Edit: music level is nice now, you can actually sit and chat here. Missing the comfy chairs, hope they will return.

I like what they offer. Good juice, good buns and sandwiches. However, i can only give two stars due to the loud volume on stereo and extremely noisy kitchen. Not a place to relax at. Can't work, no meetings, not talk to people. Maybe it's the point. Do quick so more customers can be served.

Great products - rude staff! Maybe your staff is so stressed and rude because you are understaffed and one person has to do the work of 2, to prepare meals, while they do customer service long queues & online orders. Please take care of your staff! The year is 2023.
