This hospital is very dangerous. They put me in a worst deluxe room and charged 10k per night.. No food or cheapest roadside food will be given. I had meniscus surgery done and got charged 3 lacs rupees. No explanation of surgical procedures or any cd was given, so don't know what exact procedures were done on my knee. Insurance did not want to pay in full as billing was fake or inflated. I had to pay 1 lac from my pocket under threat. They kept me host age inside hospital until I cleared the fake, inflated invoice. I

This hospital is a fraud. I went there seeing good reviews. But later I realised most of the reviews are written by hospital staff themselves. I admitted my father for both knee replacement. Had a very bad experience. They are completely money minded. They raised fake bills to consume my full insurance amount. I even had to pay extra. Other better hospitals are doing same surgery in lesser amount and better facilities. They have unskilled and clueless staff. Poor services. Since they don't have a cafeteria, they order food from outside which is unhygienic and tasteless. Never visit this hospital.

My MIL was admitted in this hospital for Knee replacement. Nurse and housekeeping facility are very good. We did have a pleasant hospitalization. However we were supposed to be discharged on Saturday. The concerned person (Vidya from Insurance Department) ensured that the approval will be sent on Monday morning, as Sunday is a holiday. Reception desk confirmed that its sent for approval to Star Health at 1 PM. The approval didn't receive even after 7 PM. when checked Star Health confirmed that approval was sent at 4 PM. Vidya, who is the lady responsible for insurance document filing is careless, rude behavior. Because of her irresponsibility we had follow up with insurance like 20 times and also fight with hospital staff. The discharge day was harassment for us. Any of you get admitted, ensure you have clarity when you will get discharged especially with the lady who sends for the insurance approval

Irresponsible Doctors and staff, rescheduled 2-3 times because of doctor don’t know how to maintain his schedule. Very bad for patients with pain, you need to hold uour pain for 2-3 days to get appointment with doctor Vijay Reddy. Doctor Name: Vijay Reddy. Case: Doctor told to come evening 9pm when it was scheduled morning 9 am, when i hvae visited the hospital 9pm, receptionist called doctor infront of me to remind the doctor for his job of treating a patient with pain, which is pathetic responsibility of a hospital, doctor again telling receptionist that tell patient come next day 10.30 am. I sugeest not to visit this hospital if you need immediate or emergency treatment. i have reported this to medibuddy for furtheraction to be taken against doctor and hospital.

Went for some diagnosis and Had a very smooth and fast sample collection and on time delivery of the reports. Mr. Shivam took personal care and got all the process done faster.. Thanks to him and his entire team of Sai Thunga Hospital.

HOSPITAL ADMIN SCANDAL: PROFITEERING AT PATIENTS' EXPENSE. THE EPICENTER OF BILL INFLATION AND INSURANCE TRICKERY/FRAUD. The alarming conduct of the admin department at this clinic goes beyond reprehensible. It's disheartening to witness their blatant exploitation of hardworking individuals through bill inflation and duplicitous dealings with insurance companies. Their actions not only erode trust but also contribute to the rising healthcare costs burdening honest people. This behavior is not only unethical but morally reprehensible, and it tarnishes the reputation of the entire healthcare institution. The admin department needs a complete overhaul to regain any semblance of trust from patients and the wider community. Holding patients hostage until cashless reimbursements are secured; a total disregard for patient well-being. The administration department of this hospital clinic has demonstrated a shocking lack of integrity and transparency. The entire admin team's actions not only tarnish the image of the hospital but also threaten the very foundation of trust within the healthcare system. ONE CAN ONLY HOPE THAT JUSTICE WILL EVENTUALLY PREVAIL, AND THESE WRONGDOERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS.

I had a surgery in Sai Tunga hospitals. The staff were fine and had a good experience post surgery. Mr. Rishid did a great job coordinating. Nurse Chandana was cordial and helpful too.

Worst experience in this hospital. Do not go on Google ratings. These ratings are given either by hospital staff themselves or they got these ratings from some boxing camp organised. I visited during last week of January 2024 for knee replacement surgery of my father in law. They raised fake bills to consume all our insurance amount. Services are of lowest quality. Doctors do not come here regularly. They come on call. Staff is untrained and unresponsive. Go there at your own risk.

My mother was admitted for the gall bladder surgery under dr Vijay Reddy..they did surgery good and the bill according to the insurance was also fine .we didn't paid single penny from our pocket... Nursing and duty drs are well trained to take care post Surgery..good work..

Although the staff was good, the rooms were quite unhygienic and in poor condition. Additionally, the processes, food, and treatment were not up to the mark. I would not recommend going to this hospital.
