Had very bad experience here. The lady, who is showing lenses, is good. But the owner is rude. I have spend half anhour and selected specs and glasses , but when I was about to pay the price, the owner came and said, due to high power I can't have the lense and he has shown other lense which is 5k extra cost. Most probably the owner doesn't know how to do business. Don't recommend.

Raj is amazing at Customer Service and Customer Experience ! He helped me changed my Oakley Glasses without any hassle even when I didnot carry the receipt. He took the initiative to speak to other branch, get the invoice and the replacement glasses from a 3rd store and informed me of status at each step. He was truly amazing and Titan Eye - He is asset to your company.

Poor sales Ethics by salesperson. Telling customer that you are not allowed without any sales person to go near the specs, as CCTV will show and he will get into trouble. It was closing time, but seems the person had too much attitude and giving baseless reasons. No Go

We recently visited this branch to get our vision test done and also select frames. The store manager Raj and the rest of the staff were very helpful and ensured we had a wonderful experience. We were explained the different products in great detail. We had also requested if the specs could be delivered to another branch and that was efficiently planned as well by Raj. All in all we would recommend this branch to everyone who wants to have a hassle free experience.

Ordered contact lens a month ago , no update from their end. When I approached them they say only one eye contact lens available, other eye not available, you can take it or you can cancel your order. What sort of a behaviour is this and what customer support are you ll providing? When asked for refund told to wait for few more days !!!! Horrible experience, lost a month in waiting for these people and they don’t even bother to call and update the status.
