Surya excellent technician who collect the sample I don’t mind giving 100 times sample to such technicians very polite soft and without pain he collects sample just in a minutes and frankly speaking Mr.Gowtham from customer care has very good communication , very humble and polite always understand the urgency of the situation and have accomodated my requests everytime... Would give minus stars if i could. I went today at 7pm for a test and there was one lady at the desk. First of all she didnt know the name of the test that i was asking for (a common test). Second, she took forever to locate a nerve, marked with a pen and tried injecting, basically felt like she was suturing my skin! She could not for the love of god, find a nerve! Then she started searching for one on my wrist and back of the palm. I told her to stop n ran the hell out of there. There maybe a technician who knows his job, but she was not it! Have the basic decency to tell patients to come back some other time if u dont know how to do ur job! My vein now is bruised and swollen cause of her stupidity! Plz dont keep interns or freshers who do not know basic blood drawing techniques! Never visiting this place again even if its the last lab standing on earth!
