I have bad experience from Royal Oak. I have purchased bunker bed from this shop worth around 60000. While purchasing the marketing guy all falsely communicated. He told we can install the bed in different way so could two persons can sleep comfortably on the bed. Based on his words I purchased the bed. But the installer told while installing it couldn't be install like what marketing guy told. When approached shop which is in electronic city they told it cannot be done any thing..I called customer care but no use. I am attaching pics of bill and bed

What they show in store and what they actually deliver is completely different. Pathetic service too. Customer care never picks up any calls. You are on your own after paying money. Buy from any local carpenter shop but not from royal oak.

I had purchased a shoe rack and the racks started to bend within 6 months of usage. I also raised concern regarding my shoe rack to Royal Oaks customer care but they replied that this is usage damage and that we need to pay for any service. How come your plywood is so weak that it starts bending from middle within 6 months of usage?? Surely you guys are compromising on quality of wood and ply and duping customers of there hard earned money. Its better to buy from local carpenters than your fraudulent brand. I am never ever going to buy in future. Also I have already seen in many reviews that the customer care is just a drama. They really don't care once they sell the products. SHAME on Royal Oak.

I have ordered recliner last week from Royaloak electronic city branch. They have delivered recliner without the side support. I have called customer care & electronic city store multiple times without success. Very poor response from the store after the sale to the customer. Please think before u buy any product from this store... I got this issue fixed after 5 days of follow up after the product purchase

Don't get cheated by the star rating.Real liars & fake business, who are not professional by any means. Worst customer care you cant even imagine. Delivery did not happen after many days of order; we waited and when we call to enquire, always same response"we will check & get back" . We even requested to refund, but they didn't do that too. Cheap class Cheaters in name of Royaloak. Only their showroom looks good. Don't get cheated by looks. Store manager never respond after we paid & placed order. We are struggling to get either product or our money back. We are spending hours daily on call with customer care and frustrated to the core.

Very bad service from Royaloak,Once you received your order there is no exchange policy even they are also not telling about it at the time of purchase.So horrible service, Suggesting to everyone don't go for it. I purchased one sofa and the size is very big so i wanted to exchange, with same price I need to buy different sofa,but customer care PPL are telling there is no exchange policy.But they have not mentioned anywhere about this. Already spoken to customer care two times and one lady receiving the call and the way she is speaking like we are begging something from her. Very rude behaviour from customer care. And this is the first and last for Royaloak,I will never be there second time.

Good furniture

Quality of items is excellent but they are equally pricey. You cannot buy certain items immediate as they get it ordered for you instead and deliver in 2-3 days + install it after 1-2 days.

Experienced an awesome sales person Sino at the store. I then ordered the product from home next day and it was delivered without any follow up from my end. Finally, Kartik the technician came who was so good. Really happy with the experience at Royaloak

I have never seen the this kind of worst service and response. Please don't buy any product. Actually I have give advance for the product, after a month they call and said product is not available take some other for that money. I asked the refund they are not at all caring the customer concerns. Now I am going with legal procedure to put case in consumer court. In short they will get to know about the customer value. Ready to face the surprise.

Excellent collection and friendly staff. Only good place where we get office furniture as well. We have purchased home and office furniture here. They do have exchange offer as well. Ensure you check their online prices and offer... they will match that. A must visit before you buy your furniture. 4 stars since the parking and external space is not good at all.

Went here to check for a Bed. They have a huge collection almost everything you require for a home. They have tons of varieties of collection in dining tables, sofa sets, beds. The prices are on higher side. Teak wood beds outside you will get for very much less compared to here. Royaloak also provides installation of the items and service etc., They have a very big warehouse. The designs here are very unique and you won't get same outside. If you are looking for something unique to decorate your home then this place is for you...

Do not need just standard answers, please little do work,don't expect every information to be given n then finally u come up with standard answer. Had reached out to concerned person asked to share the email with details on delay. Not received email yet. It's been 10 days, still asking to waiting for 10 th of Jan. After the sales. They won't respond. People won't even ready to find responsible person from the delivery team.
