A Very Nice and Pleasant store with humble and elegant staff to help you what you are exactly looking for. I had my Wife's birthday and wanted to give her a surprise on her birthday which CaratLane Whitefield had fulfilled it. I had Kishore from the same branch who helped me along with other staff members too to add a glimpse of more surprise where they arranged a small cake cutting for my wife, below are the photos. I recommend anyone looking for good budget hand rings, ear rings etc can go ahead and look into it, if size doesn't fit they do order it without any additional cost either to the store or to your home address as per feasibility.

It has been a pleasant experience visiting the store. They have good collection and can arrange from their online store if you like something from the Online store which is not available at the physical store. Particularly, Priyanka has been good with her recommendations and very patient with customers. Other staff members too are very cooperative and friendly. All the best for this budding entrepreneur!

Pathetic experience. I bought a ring from another carat lane 7 years back and went recently to this store for exchange as diamond from ring was dropped. At the time of buying, i was told that if you want to sold or exchange, price of gold would be calculated based on gold market price and weight of ring at that time without any deduction At Whitefield store, I went for exchange and quoted price of old ring was lesser than expectation and reason given was that discount given to you on ring 7 years back has been adjusted. I told them that it's not fair. First of all, how come you can adjust that discount now, that was agreed deal. Secondly, that discount was on diamond in ring not on gold price. When i have lost diamond from ring, how that discount is applicable on gold as there is no diamond in ring. I also asked them what if have to sell and what would be offered price and i was told that there would be 10% deductions. I said why. And, the response was company policy. I said it's neither mentioned on invoice nor was told at the time of buying. I was told something else at the time of buying. And store manager tried to show this on policy document but he could not find any reference for 10% deductions. Store manager had no proper response to queries. Moreover, i felt it like cheating and zero business ethics . I wish never to visit carat lane stores again.

Got customised rings within 3 weeks. Great customer service from Mr. Brajakishore who kept in touch while the rings were being made. I got matt finish rose gold finish and I'm very happy with the finish. Thanks.

I am disappointed with the service we get in the Whitefield store. They won’t even provide you the invoice if you go there for exchange. Extremely bad customer service. I recommend the Nexus Caratlane store instead.

One huge con is that they make too many calls for customer service, feedback, promotions what not. Even more than any telecom provider. Would not recommend at all.

Majorly best for daily/office use gold and diamond jewellery. Low collection of heavy gold jewellery. Browse Caratlane website or app before coming here and you will get fare idea.

They claim to be a Tanishq offering but are no way nearby that. Value per product in the jewellery sense is bad considering 100pct making charge or more for low priced products! 2 dedicated car parking spots and few more shared spots are available. Shop is conveniently located. They keep low inventry and show products online which can be booked and received gradually. Online product images have a lot to improve on resolution, details IMHO. Staff is courteous yet visibly clueless on many a lot genuine customer queries

We went to get our engagement ring at CaratLane. They have excellent attractive collections in Diamond, Gold (yellow, pink, white) and platinum at a justified price. And the staffs were really helpful and very kind to guide us patiently. That was a nice experience out there.

We went to this place on Akshay Tritiya and it was overcrowded. I had asked for a specific type of jewellery and was told that it was there, which would be shown to me but I had to wait till the previous customers are dealt with. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, and when the previous customers were dealt with, the store lady completely forgot our presence and went to deal with a new customer. When asked if they had the jewellery and if they could show it to us, she informs us that unfortunately they dont have it.... that too after 30 minutes of wait in total! That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never again visiting the place again!

I loved CaratLane designs and products. I recently visited the whitefield store and I got best the best resell price for my old gold. Trust me I checked other stores before I sold my gold and CaratLane gave me the best price. Finally I exchanged the gold with a diamond necklace and my wife loved it. Best is their customer service. I was attended by 3 of their employees Prashanth, Salman Khan, and Kishore. All the employees were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Everything works well when went to buy a new product. They say lifetime replacement but it takes months together for replacement. They asked to select a different product since the replacement is taking lot of time. After selecting a different product they say they cannot give a different product . No clarity to themselves.

Useless . Nothing against the staffs but the management. When I browsed to buy a chain, I was told to visit showroom. When I visited showroom they were showing me the products in tablet. Fooling people in name of renowned brand. End of the the day all the brands especially Indian brands are just rhetoric. I happened with Mia as well.
