    I came across Brinett through a very close friend of mine. It was the first time ever I got an opportunity to learn yoga, and focus on my well being. Her workout sessions are designed in a way, which is helping me in my day to day life. I do have a few issues related to my health, which were brought to her notice at the very beginning of our sessions. She has personalised the workouts accordingly, making sure I feel fit; physically and mentally. I'm glad to have such a beautiful soul as my instructor. Brinett indeed is one of the best mentors I have come across and who is not only professional but also adds a little bit of personal touch to every session I have with her. By the end of every session, I feel more focused and a completely new ME.. I can see and feel the changes myself by following her routine for just a month now. Wishing her all the luck :)

    I can't recommend Brinett enough. She's so motivating and effective, and she pushes you to the max to get results. I loved working with her and I feel amazing!

    Started personal yoga training from Brinnet since last one month due to my knee issues. She comes up with a different sequence customized according to my body need and flexibility each day which has some surprise element that makes the session interesting. She specializes in 'yin yoga', something new and interesting for me, which apparently will help in long term for someone like me who play some sports, according to her. It's been great so far, I am continuing to train from her. I told her in the beginning that my water intake is bad, she makes sure to remind me each day to drink enough water 😊, Thank you Brinnet 🙏

    I got to know about 11th reps through google. Then I met Brennet and trained under her for 3 months. She is best at her job. She is very passionate about her work and dedicated. I learned a lot about nutritions nd exercise. I definitely recommend 11th reps to everyone specially ladies who wants to start their fitness journey.

    Brinett's 11th Rep wellness programmes are highly recommended. Her live distance training is just as successful as her on-site teaching. She comes across as an incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned wellness coach due to her friendly demeanour and positivity in conducting the trainings.

    Brinett's yoga and meditation session has been really helpful. Though work from home life has transformed us to a lethargic person. Yoga has helped me personally to get up on my feet and transform to an energetic person. It's been a month and I can feel the change in my body. would definitely recommend her! :)

    I really enjoyed working out with Brinett. She’s very personable and knows what she’s talking about when it comes to fitness. Work outs were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I definitely feel stronger and more fit. Highly recommend her

    Brinett is a lovely & charming trainer with immense positivity and works hard to get you to achieve your goals. She is fun to work with and somehow the most difficult exercise becomes a fun workout with her. I really enjoyed my sessions with her. She used to come on time with a big smile on her face even in the early mornings. My goals were accomplished with her guidance! Highly recommend her!

    I have taken online coaching from Brinett Rachael and she is very well experienced, crisp, flexible, and very knowledgeable coach / trainer. Also, customized the training according to my requirement and the way i was learning. Also completely understood my body type and trained me accordingly. Brinett training me through Yoga and Weight training. Very comfortable in switching and new variations and variants always to keep things interesting.

    I started training with Brinett 6 months back and it has been an amazing experience so far! Exercise did not come easily to me, although I always wanted to be fit. Brinett has made this happen with her sheer perseverance - She has been very encouraging with her motivation and flexible to make sure I do not miss out on my fitness goals! My stamina has considerably improved over the last few months and I can feel my body changing to take a better shape. I was ready to give up at so many points because of my hectic work schedule, but Brinett never gave up on me and that has kept me going :) I can now do 50 Burpees in a day, whereas I couldn't do even do 1 at the beginning! Her knowledge of nutrition, yoga and Ayurvedic principles along with her positive and happy demeanour makes it an even more amazing experience! Highly recommend her to anyone who is waiting to get started on their fitness journey.

    My life has changed, thanks to Brinett. She is not just a fitness instructor but an amazing person who knows what would work best for you, physically and mentally. Having battling with mental health issues, working with Brinett on my physical and mental wellness has been a game changer. I’ve gained +5 kgs since I started yoga with her. My days are more active and I’m physically more stronger and energised. My diet is improving and my mental health is just getting better day by day. Brinett is a positive spiritual person who is extremely caring and understanding. She has provided me comfort at numerous times. She is a living testimony of yoga is what you do outside the mat.     Brinett is an excellent fitness coach, and bestest personal trainer I have had. I have been training with her for 6 months, she makes each session challenging and fun.
