I
am
in
marketing
job
of
more
than
10
years
and
respects
good
commitments
and
their
execution.
Over
phone
i
committed
the
owner
that
would
check
in
around
8
pm.
Room
rent
was
final
for
1000/-
for
single
person.
But
when
i
visited
the
hotel
at
8:10
pm,
owner
said
that
we
didn't
have
any
booking
on
your
name
and
all
rooms
were
booked.
He
changed
his
words
that
I
commited
to
come
at
6pm,
neither
I
paid
any
advance
and
asked
me
show
any
phone
recording
before
I
said
anything
else.
I
was
surprised
after
hearing
such
stupid
comments
from
the
mouth
of
a
good
looking
gentleman,
but
showing
the
worst
level
of
courtesy.
Around
8:30,
I
left
the
hotel
disheartedly,
wandering
for
the
next
destination
for
which
i
checked
in
Hotel
Grace
at
9:30
pm
I
want
customers
to
avoid
such
loose
commitment
hoteliers.
If
you
want
to
stay
in
this
hotel,
never
forget
call
recording
with
the
staff.
Such
a
shameful
behaviour,
I
have
experienced
in
my
10
years
marketting
job.
Really
shameful,
extreme
level
of
utter
nonsense.
