I recently visited Yasuka Spa and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The massage was alright, also they gave us a complementary ginger tea that was nice, but the bed was dirty and the towels were filthy. Moreover, the bed didn't have a hole to look down, which made the experience uncomfortable. The atmosphere was not cozy or comfortable, and it seemed like the staff were not happy to be there. Overall, I didn't find the experience to be relaxing or enjoyable.

Kita booking dan confirm dgn minta terapis kita mau. Tiba tiba dibilang tetapis tidak bisa karena sudah terima boking langsung. SOP yasuka bisa suka suka customer booking langsung lewat wa dan customer yg booking lewat aturannya bisa dengan langsung diganti.
