very good service, the service centre in 2nd floor for canon printers and cameras and the 1st floor you can find the datascrip products such as canon printers, DSLR canon cameras, asus laptops and mobile phone. the staff very helpful when you ask something about the product, they answer it very well. i came here to repair my office's printer, then the customer service explain about the problem and they can give me the estimate of payment. but if you come here to repair your printers or cameras, you should pay the checkup fee if you cancel the repair but i love their service to me, excelent service

What an awesome service shop for Canon users. My camera is an oldie, a Canon t2i that needed the sensor to be cleaned and to free the flash since it was stuck. I searched for Canon Repair Shops in Bali and paid attention to their scores and then read several reviews. I went to another shop earlier where the owner quoted me a very high price and I needed to leave it for one day so I decided to come here and get a second estimate. It was a very pleasant surprise to get a substantial lower price than the previous shop so I decided to use their service. The girl at the front desk was very kind and got an answer to all my questions I decided to add the cleaning of my kit lens. The total for those 3 tasks, cleaning the sensor, freeing the flash and cleaning the kit lens was 285,000 rp and it was done while I had lunch and walked a little bit. Two hours later they call me to say ny camera was ready. That's what I call AWESOME. Very happy with my visit to this shop.
