We came here to meet Drg. Teguh oral surgeon, he is very skilled both in practice and in the operating room. Previously, he treated my father well at the hospital after I received a recommendation from our BPJS general dentist. This time my child had an odontectomy at his private practice (very quickly, less than 10 minutes, unlike what I imagined/had previously known). A few issues. First, the quality of the fillings I had done were quite poor, with poor polishing and looking bad. I had fillings with sharp edges that were cutting the floss while using them. Second, I complained about the quality of the fillings (that had been already paid). The polishing was re done but I was requested to pay extra money for the job. In other words, to pay for it twice. I refused to pay obviously, but I still think it was totally unfair to be charged twice for a bad job done by dentists from the same clinic. Lastly, dentists were always late. The 2 times I went there I had to wait about 30 min because they hadn’t arrived yet.
