These guys are the best for watch repair. Very reasonable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Last week I took in 3 watches. 2 needed batteries, 1 of those needed to be disassembled to have the crystal cleaned, the other just need a band installed. They asked if I wanted the cases resealed which would be extra. Total charge was $46. Previous month, I took in 5 watches for battery replacement. 1 of those needed the crystal cleaned. I picked them up 2 hours later and the total charge was around $90. I've been going there for years and have always been pleased.

We have used this jewelry store on and off for a few years now, never had a problem with them until today. The last time my dad stopped in to get a battery for his watch he was talking to the sales associate and mentioned that he wish he figure out the value of my mom's Oysterdate precision 1960's watch. When the salesperson said to him oh bring it in we'll look at it for you he was thrilled. So today he brought the watch in and another salesperson spoken looked at the watch and said oh maybe it's worth 50 bucks it's vintage so it doesn't have much value. My father said he was floored Then asked the man how do you explain that 30 years ago I paid $75 for a replacement stainless steel watch band? I had been doing research on that particular watch and the price was coming up without $3000 on please explain to me what happened here? Thank God he didn't offer to buy the watch for my father. Not that my father would have sold it but still.

I have been waiting for years to find a reputable, honest and professional jeweler and watch repair expert. The gentlemen at this business are absolutely the best I've ever met. They were able to repair both of my TAG watches to better than new status. Mind you, these are watches that are over 25 years old and have been sitting dead in a dresser drawer for over 10 years. I am thrilled with their work and they are absolute artists in their trade. Finally you cannot fake honesty. These folks are honest as the day has 24 hours in it. Thank you very much Minebenders!

As a kid I would go there with my grandmother as she loves the store. The owner would let me sit with him as he would change the battery, fix other jewelry, etc. The workers there treated me like family and we never had any problems nor complaints. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry (and watches) to Mindbender over the past few years and I always walk out happy. The staff are incredibly sweet, friendly and informative. The work their jewelers do is impeccable. I had to have itsy, bitsy, teeny, tiny prongs fixed on my engagement ring and it now looks like the day my husband proposed.

I've been coming to Minebender for about eight years now. I always go there to get my batteries changed and sometimes I purchase a watch band as well. They are super friendly and always do fantastic work. I recently had a ring that was damaged fixed and they did an amazing job as well. Highly recommend this place.
