stopped
by
around
8:14
pm
to
grab
a
coffee.
I've
been
there
before
and
I
liked
the
place.
But
this
time,
after
15
minutes
there,
I
had
to
ask
for
my
coffee,
as
they
didn't
even
had
seen
the
orders,
as
you
can
note
in
the
picture.
They
were
busy
preparing
orders
for
the
customers
at
the
drive
thru,
but
the
thing
is
that
they
were
ignoring
the
customers
at
the
counter.
When
I
asked
the
young
lady
in
charge
(manager)
she
answered
like
surprised
that
somebody
ordered
coffee
at
that
time.
And
she
acted
like
annoyed
for
having
to
prepare
it
from
scratch.
There
was
no
sign
of
professionalism
or
customer
care
in
her
attitude.
Minutes
later,
the
lady
behind
me,
had
very
serious
words
with
her,
because
of
some
misunderstanding
with
her
order,
which
ended
with
a
big,
big,
loud
discussion,
because
the
manager
didn't
want
to
identify
herself.
Poor
customer
care,
no
professionalism
at
all.
