    I guess the stars speak for themselves. I've actually been sitting on line at the drive thru for 20min now. I'm at the order speaker and the girl came and went and said one moment. It's been 10min since. I wait just to see what happens and they have the salad I need with the tea I drink. So disappointing. This place us always busy, not sure what's happening inside this place but avoid it of you can. Apparently the owners could care less. Since it's always busy anyway.

    I stopped by around 8:14 pm to grab a coffee. I've been there before and I liked the place. But this time, after 15 minutes there, I had to ask for my coffee, as they didn't even had seen the orders, as you can note in the picture. They were busy preparing orders for the customers at the drive thru, but the thing is that they were ignoring the customers at the counter. When I asked the young lady in charge (manager) she answered like surprised that somebody ordered coffee at that time. And she acted like annoyed for having to prepare it from scratch. There was no sign of professionalism or customer care in her attitude. Minutes later, the lady behind me, had very serious words with her, because of some misunderstanding with her order, which ended with a big, big, loud discussion, because the manager didn't want to identify herself. Poor customer care, no professionalism at all.

    Went to drive thru and order 2 sandwiches: 1 junior bacon cheeseburger for $2.09 and 1 crispy chicken blt for $2.89 The total came to be $6.91, so I asked the lady at the window for the receipt and she told me she could not provide one since I paid with apple pay. I asked her then why is the receipt so high and she replied that the pricing on their outdoor menu is outdated and their original prices are higher. Is this even legal?? I was very disappointed

    When I place an order online through Uber Eats or door dash I expect for my bag to be closed and secure properly. they do not close the bag properly the blue tape barley be on the bag. I can’t order from this Wendy’s anymore just because of that like why hand somebody food to a driver open like really I don’t want nobody digging in my food just ridiculous.

    These have to be the most incompetent group of employees ever to work the fast food industry. This place literally never gets it right it's almost embarrassing and I don't even own the restaurant. Do better or better yet just give up all together. Also stop making people reverse and come forward just so you can lie about your time, you are slow everytime that's the truth.

    We came to eat. The staff walks outside the window doing their own business. Completely ignore the visitors. We stood for 15 minutes knocking, waving. We were never served. We were left hungry.we do not recommend this establishment at this address

    I’m getting sick of going to this location and getting all the way home and not receiving what I have paid for. Customer service suck all they do is sit in their phones. I ordered the new ghost pepper meal and this is what I received. I would like my refund and when you call the line just goes out.

    This Wendy’s is fairly new I understand that this hiring manager must be taking people off the streets because the service is HORRIBLE as soon as you get to the drive through to make a order they boy/girl had an attitude for reasons I am not aware of because I asked for my receipt they claimed to say they didn’t not have receipts or bbq sauce for my nuggets all because I asked for my food to be fresh knew there was something shady doing because they refused to provide me with a receipt my meal was almost 20 dollars for nuggets cheeseburgers and a fries I never paid that much before I stood at the window asking for a respect they fiercely closed the door on my face I politely waited and wasn’t rude with anyone if you don’t like working don’t work jobs are designed to stay running based off good customer service my advise to the manager here is to get rid of some employees if they don’t value their job find people who will just because you work late shift doesn’t give you the right to lie and deceive customers because your having a bad day or whatever the case may be had nothing to do with the customer I will never eat at his Wendy’s again and I will be reporting this to corporate for the 0* experienced received there was only one helpful person there the rest of the employees may need to go to school for good customer service or something minus the guy who was doing the ice and the cooks everyone else

    Very Bad Customer Service in this Location. Night Crew you should provide better customer service instead of ignoring a customer that orders online, have to wait for the order and unfortunately in this store every time I go something is missing. Asking another crew member to close the sliding window while a customer is trying to communicate is not right. Lying to a customer saying that they didn’t see you in the front door when they just delivered an order to you at the same entrance door is a really bad customer service experience and worse if most of the employees just choose to have the same attitude and disrespect. So bad that I have to walk to the Drive Thru to get the cashiers attention and correct deliverance. Is not the best response Sr.Ignoring a customer that you just gave an order is not the best service at all. I hope top management give some customer service and hospitality techniques because this is just unacceptable and most coming from a Wendy’s.

    This is the type of place that will spit in your food for no reason. Never had someone at the drive through try to hand me multiple bags then drop my food then say out loud "I'm not getting that" and expect the customer to take the food that landed in the nasty greasy ground of the drive thru. Then she had an issue when I asked for a replacement from her having butterfingers, theeeen she barks at me twice to move my car out of the drive thus way that I'll get my sandwich eventually, left without my food, if that's all it cost to know to avoid this place at all cost, keep it.

    Came here, knowing I'm not supposed to be eating this fast food. My fries and Asiago sandwich were nice and hot! Ordered water, but they didn't have water or bottled water, so I had to get a sweet tea.

    Wow…Dave Is probably rolling in his grave right now!OMG🤦🏻‍♂️This is the worst location I’ve ever seen state to state,they deserve a -0 when it comes to customer service.The employees just stand there looking at customers as if they saw a ghost instead of assisting them. Do not visit this location especially for a walk in/Take Out.
