I would generally give this place a 5 star ive been a customer thats been here several times over the years no issues and i just left and am extremely sure i just got judged by snobbs that said they dont carry or special order plantinum at all a high end jewerly store doesnt have platinum im pretty sure it was cause i went in comfortablly in scubby clothes ill take my $13,647 else where

This place is awesome I brought a chain and pendant in to get repaired and then also I got a memorial pendant for my little brother they did the design and it was beyond amazing for my first pendant I absolutely love it they were very Nice and showed their condolences .I bought another chain And the jeweler custom made the length for me right there on the spot. They went beyond what I expected! I will definitely be getting my next chain from there and future custom jewelry

Bought my grand daughters first bracelet from Renee's today. They Engraved her name in it to. They also answered all my questions I had on another piece of jewelry. All the employees were friendly and I felt completely comfortable. Thank you.☆

I take any of my jewelry here when I break it. They do wonderful repairs. Also LOVE buying here because they give discounts and have layaway! Jackie is always helpful and the entire group is just great. I don't think I've ever had a problem in over 30 years. If you're not happy they fix it!
