Dr. Gorbatov is very nice and professional. The hygienists are as well. This review is for the part of his staff that handles insurance/appointments. I've been going to this office for a couple of years now, they still fail to process procedures correctly. Months ago I got a letter from my insurance company saying that they are denying the submitted clams due to lack of explanation of why the procedures are necessary. I forwarded this to the office. Never heard back. When they called me for my next appointment I asked about it and they said that they followed up and the insurance is very limited. 3 TIMES I asked her to confirm that she followed up AFTER I sent the insurance letter and she just WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION. Then she (the employee) raised her voice at me and told me that I (the client) wasn't being professional. I've been to many dental offices with various insurances and never experienced anything of this sort. I'm not sure if this is incompetence or negligence, but this is not going to be my problem anymore.
