Asolutely!!!
HORRIBLE
experience!!!!!!!!!
I
feel
like
I
was
scammed!
I
called
and
visited
3
new
dentist
offices
because
my
dentist
of
20
yrs
passed
away.
I
settled
on
Ideal
Dental
Coral
Springs.
After
taking
x-rays
and
doing
a
check
up
with
Dr.
Casner,
a
plan
of
action
was
taken
for
dental
procedures.
It
started
with
a
Dental
Deep
Cleaning.
This
was
a
costly
procedure.
Next
procedure
2
teeth
were
extracted
to
make
room
for
an
Implant..
Next
procedure
was
2
Crowns.
I
asked
Dr
Casner
to
be
sure
to
place
these
2
new
Crowns
a
lighter
shade
color
than
my
natural
teeth
because
I
was
going
to
get
a
super
whitening
after
all
my
procedures
were
complete.
The
correct
color
should
have
been
A1
but
Dr
Casner
decided
B1
was
appropriate
It
wasn't!!
I
was
very
upset
about
this!
I
had
specifically
asked
Dr
Casner
for
lighter
shade
Crowns.
So
we
painstakingly
removed
the
B1
Crowns
and
replaced
them
with
A1
Crowns.
Of
course
NO
CHARGE
for
this...
But
the
agony
and
discomfort
of
removing
and
replacing
2
Crowns.
Let's
just
say
It
wasn't
a
pleasant
experience,
especially
since
it
could
have
been
avoided
completely.
I
was
nervous
with
all
of
this
incompetence
and
decided
to
get
another
opinion
on
all
this
dental
work.
I
went
to
an
oral
surgeon
(paid
out
of
pocket)
and
was
told
right
away
that
Dr
Casner
should
have
at
least
attempted
a
Guided
Bone
Graft
at
the
2
teeth
extraction
site
since
it
had
been
determined
that
I
was
to
get
an
Implant
in
that
space.
He
also
informed
me
that
my
deep
cleaning
was
not
done
very
well.
Verification
was
that
he
did
a
brief
scaling
and
showed
me
the
dark
tartar
he
removed
from
several
areas
of
my
mouth.
I
returned
to
see
Dr
Casner
and
told
her
about
the
information
from
my
second
opinion
Oral
Surgeon
.
First
discussing
the
missed
opportunity
to
do
the
Bone
Graft.
But
she
was
adamant
about
her
decision
and
gave
me
her
opinion
why
she
didn't
do
it.
I
completely
disagreed
with
her
telling
her
we
should
have
tried
it
anyway.
Next
I
told
her
that
I
was
not
satisfied
with
my
deep
cleaning
procedure,
Dr
Casner
said
we
could
redo
it.
A
scaled
down
version
of
the
procedure
was
done.
The
office
proceeded
to
then
charge
me
1
of
my
2
pre-paid
annual
cleanings
(Ideal
Dental
Plan)
for
their
incompetence.
That
was
it!
I
was
done
with
these
people!
What
a
horrible
experience.
It
was
a
terrible
nightmare
throughout.
So
now...What
happens
to
my
Pre-paid
2nd
annual
cleaning??
I
have
since
moved
on
to
another
Dental
office.
And
the
first
discovery
with
my
new
dentist
was
I
have
an
infection
in
my
jawbone
at
one
of
the
Crown
sites
Go
figure!
