The food was decent, no complaints there. But the customer service was terrible!! No thank you or even eye contact. She acted annoyed that she had to come from the back and help out. After I paid, she didn’t even put my food on the tray and say thank you. As soon as the transaction was approved, she turned around and walked away. This isn’t how you treat someone who is paying money at your place of business.

Horrible!! Horrible!!!!!!! !! 22$ for??? No ice, No fountain soda forced to buy expensive drinks! 1-6inch and turkey wrap, with little meat, all bread! Couple left due to rudeness, they came in after us! No receipt! People don't go! The only thing that is perfect is beautiful Hollywood Beach! Should be reported to BBB.

Owner is filthy cheap and rude. Their hygienic standards are poor (e.g. no bathroom for customers to wash hands). They were missing half of the items and barely put any ingredients to save their money. Many more issues…cannot believe this place is in business

Was grossed out . I didnt even want to get the food anymore . I ordered my sandwhich and was ready to pay and i saw a roach crawling on counter . And i showed the lady and all she can say is what is there to do . Young girl with glasses . Was just grossed out . She probably seen more and just let it crawl around . She didnt even try to kill it. She just ignored the roach . Very very disgusted .

My girlfriend and i went here for a little lunch, i got the monster and she got the spicy italian, i got my order going and i couldn’t hear a single word the lady said as she is making my order she’s just staring at my girlfriend with a nasty look for some reason, and then my girlfriend orders and she gets her spicy sub and they charged her extra for pepperoni like that’s how the sub comes btw, should be no extra fees, and then i proceed to get my meal and i ask for large soda and the soda i receive is a 20oz, which is like a small in most places, as my girlfriend said that’s a small and the ladies just acted like we weren’t there for some reason so we just payed and left, what a waste of time

We came here for lunch, but the customer service (by a Russian-speaking woman) was very rude, disrespectful, and annoying with us. Such people should not work in customer service.

The two employees there were extremely rude to us, I went with my mom for lunch while we were spending our day at the beach.They kept pressing my mom to choose faster( it didn’t even take her 1 minutes to figure out her order ) even tho the store was empty, she rolled her eyes , tchiped and said something to her colleague that made them both laugh in what I think is russian and the joke seemed to be about our accents(my mom and I are both bilingual and our accents are still very comprehensible)but their accents were very heavy so the whole situation was very hypocritical in my opinion. The vegetables looked as if they were yesterday’s leftovers.

Put so much salt and pepper that the sandwich was inedible.
