The rooms are nice and comfy and most importantly, clean! The owners and front desk attendants ROCK! Employees take GREAT care of your needs and it is all around a great experience at a great price! There is a nice fishing dock, a huge Tiki-Hut style covered area for events.... There are also numerous exotic plants & trees a trained eye might notice. 💚

Very sweet relaxing vacation. Small beach is devine especially for sunrises. The pool is a little small but not many people there. Lots of shade so the water is a little cold. The stove needed to be fixed or replaced but I was only a guest to someone staying there so not for me to complain about. The grounds are immaculate and serene. Very convenient location. All in all I would go back there anytime! New stove, other minor renovations done too.

My family loved it here! Our boys loved every bit to the water,fishing and their rooms! It's very quaint, and nice place to relax and unwind. The boys are already asking when are we coming back. The cottages were super, clean and welcoming. You get wifi too! The boys had twin beds and their own TV. Our bedroom was a little disappointing. The bathroom was super small and no TV. But overall the cottage was comfy and close to the water. We will definitely be back.

Paradise on earth! Stayed here for the first time in Dec 2022 and have already rebooked for 2023. The cabins are so cute and beachy. The grounds are amazing and make you feel like you’re on a tropical island - so peaceful and relaxing. The beach is gorgeous and my 2 dogs adored it. Conveniently located to so many restaurants and shops. Absolutely love this place!

This place is amazing. The cottages are clean and well equipped. The beds are comfy, I slept soundly. I don't fish but there's plenty of river to take in. So peaceful and relaxing.

I was told this is a very nice place, so we were going to book 4 or 5 nights there while visiting friends nearby. But being an LGBTQ+ couple, we always ask if we would be welcome because we won’t spend money on places where we might face discrimination, especially in homophobic Florida. When I inquired about their policy, the woman who answered the phone stuttered for a few moments, and ended by saying, “I don’t want to have this conversation.” So I hung up. The answer to my question was clear to me. Her response should have been an immediate, “Of course, we welcome all guests.” I would caution LGBTQ+ folks about booking here.

Most peaceful feeling place I've ever stayed at. The lush beautiful landscape right on the beautiful Indian River with a beautiful view was awesome. I highly recommend calling and booking a few nights. Pool ping pong beautiful beach with comfortable high back chairs. Huge chicky hut to have parties and big gatherings and such.

We had the best time of our lives! My hubby and i celebrated our 34yr anniversary her and it was so awesome. My sister requested this place as she and my mother spent a few days for a wedding in Jensen for our Uncle and she thought my husband and i would enjoy. And as as i said...The grounds are beautiful,the cottages are very clean and the people that run this beautiful place are fantastic....Cant wait to come back!

Charming cottages nestled in a tropical paradise sitting on sugar-like sand directly on the Indian River water front. Quaint, clean and quiet! This is hidden treasure! Family friendly or a romantic getaway. Just perfect!

Ive stayed there & Im trying to organize High School buddies 1980 to come there on the 16-18. I have dibs on room 17. When I stayed, it was relaxing, clean € great staff. Ive wanted to come here to enjoy with my 14 & 15 year old kids I live in Port Saint Lucie & everyonce in a while I take a drive through it. It still looks great. I hope when we make reservations we can get a good rate. Im friends with Captain Bob Bushell. Hopefully we can charter his new boat for a cruise eary evening.

Can’t beat this location! Went for a family wedding and it was so convenient to have everyone be able to stay on property and gather under the gazebo. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was great! Close to lots of restaurants and activities.

This is a wonderful location to relax and enjoy the Jensen Beach/Stuart/Fort Pierce area of the east coast of Florida. The staff is helpful and easy to work with. There's a nice pool, but no jacuzzi and the pool isn't heated. The location on the Indian River is perfect for viewing the sunrise and sitting on the long dock for fishing or just relaxing, watching the boats sail by. The cottages are cozy and updated, although the size and kitchen appliances vary, depending on the cottage. This is a pet friendly resort so many of the guests have dogs, but all were responsible during the month we were visiting, keeping their pets on leash and picking up after them. The two negatives are the laundry facilities are located in two separate places so we did have to carry our laundry to them, a short walk, and pay $1.25 for wash and $1.00 for drying. A bigger inconvenience is that they have no WiFi in the cottages so we had to get on their WiFi around either the pool or the office. And we couldn't hook up our Netflix without WiFi in the cittage. We did have 2 TVs. This place is picture postcard pretty and a great location to walk to the restaurants in Jensen Beach or drive across the bridge to Hutchinson Island for great beaches, almost all that allow dogs. We've reserved our place for next year and many guests do come back year after year. If you don't mind the inconvenieces, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some of Florida's best.

Went for a wedding, beautiful scenery on the beach. Cottages are a bit outdated but functional, had a small tv and wifi. The main event area under a pavilion was perfect for the reception.

Perfect location for a wedding by the water! The views are spectacular! The covered pavilion in the center was the hub where everyone came together for a meet and greet reception and an after the wedding reception get together. The cottages were clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The cottages are quaint and up to date and the atmosphere is sooo relaxing. I've been to many gatherings and weddings there also and they have been a perfect blend of tropical and old Florida. A little bit of paridise in Jensen Beach!

One of the best local Old Florida style motels with adorable cottages steps from the Indian River Lagoon. Super place to have a party under the stars using their large Chikee and bar. Dock with boat parking as well. Clean, comfortable with a great helpful and friendly staff. Love this place!

Came here for a wedding and was very impressed! They really work hard to make your experience everything you want it to be! Warm and friendly staff help to make this wedding destination!
