Worked in the wholesale business with my step father for several years at least 20 years ago and Shane was working his way up. I’ve been using 247 Aquariums for several years now. Shane, the owner, has provided me with all of my equipment needs as well as Fish and Corals and invertebrates. He always answers his phone when I have questions or concerns about my Aquariums. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me out of a few tight spots. The only Aquariums service company I use. I recently had some bulkhead issues on one of my Aquariums that I just could not get to stop leaking and Shane helped me out and now it works great!

They came out to fix a leak in my Koi pond, the through the new tarp over the slate rock border, the didn’t tuck the tarp under the slate bridge. When asked why, they said “those rocks are heavy, that would have costed you double. And the best part, the koi pond is still leaking, they said because I touched it, it’s my problem now. If you want a terrible job for an exorbitant amount of money and call them!
