Most beautiful luxury shopping mall I’ve been to! The semi outdoor aspect with the open ceilings for the tall palm trees and coy fish ponds/fountains makes it so pretty! I saw a big gray Pacu fish in one of the ponds 😂. Very nice high end stores here only. I went one of the nice restaurants there and had a great time. 🤑

Amazing shops. All your favorite brands in one place. When we went they were displaying women in power as a floral display.

Our next family adventure take us to Bal Harbour Shops located in Bal Harbour Shop Fl with a category of 4.6 and more than 5,254 reviews, looking for a new place to walk around and enjoy the day. This place is amazing If you look around you might think that you are in Milan, a country where fashion is a national symbol, All the stores are from Europe and the majority from Milan or Milano, the quality of the merchandise is what makes it the best. The cool temperature offered by all the plants and trees that are a decorative part of the place are incredible along with ponds full of koi, Japanese fish, which makes a perfect combination. And if all the walking and visiting shops and admiring the place makes you hungry, there are also several restaurants from different countries ready so you can enjoy an incredible meal.

Tropical luxury. A beautiful place for shopping. Books & Books is a must. And you can drop off your car at the car wash in the parking lot while you shop.

Really nice. Very high-end shops. There's a restaurant there that seems pretty nice as well. The staff at all the stores we went into were actually very friendly and the things that they have are kind of need in there.

The Bal Harbour shops are the finest collection of high end retail shopping that I've ever seen in one condensed area. This includes, Madison Ave, Rodeo Drive, and the Short Hills mall. Lot's of great restaurants in this area as well. What a stunning place overall all to shop and visit, thank goodness my wife wasn't with me!!!

A shopping nightmare...many elevators and escalators dont work. NOT PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY. Parking fees for stores that have low stock and small selections are outrageous. What has happened here...is it poor management, Covid or is BAL H. simply out dated.

This mall has been here for many years and is undergoing updates as of this review which should make it better. It mainly consists of high-end fashion stores. There are some good restaurants here as well. Not a large mall but that makes it intimate and pleasant to walk with its open/outdoor layout.

Overcrowded and in my opinion overrated quasi outdoor mall. The shops are all high end. The restaurants are mostly high priced and not worth it, although the Japanese restaurant in the top floor is decent, as is the ice cream shop on the top floor. It has koi that swim under a glass floor on the ground floor, which is pretty cool. Steer clear of here on the weekends if you don't like getting stuck in huge crowds. Also, access to the mall is incredibly pedestrian unfriendly. One final major strike against the mall is that smoking is allowed inside the mall (not the shops, fortunately), apparently because it has a partially open roof. This is like returning to the 1980s, except that not so many people smoke anymore, thank goodness.

Fun outdoor high-end shops. They have everything. Better have some coins for this mall 😉 or else you're going to be doing a lot of window shopping.

If you are looking for wonderful high-end boutiques, beautiful atomosphere and many delicious food options then this is the place for you ! The shops around surrounding by lush ponds with koi fish and plants giving a tropical environment. This place is like Heaven on earth with its countless luxury boutiques such as Gucci , Chanel , Van Cleef & Arpels , and many many more . Enjoy a variety of restaurants such as Aba ( Middle Eastern ) , Makoto ( Japanese ) , and Le Zoo ( French ) . I love this place so much that when I was visiting Miami every single day I came here ! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for luxury items , delicious food and a serene and beautiful environment!

High fashion mall with lots to see & many things to put on your wish-list! I visited on a day with torrential rain. The new parking garage with covered parking is a plus. There’s still construction going on, but it doesn’t interfere with the experience. Not the place to go if you don’t know what you want (or if you don’t have the budget), but it’s a classic place & offers an “outdoor” feel while also being sheltered from the weather.

This mall was stellar. Great high end stores and amazing restaurants. I recommend using valet as the parking garage can become pretty chaotic when it's busy but other than this is a great shopping destination.

In case you are pondering purchasing any family things, decorating trained professionals, and so forth, altruisticly visit this shopping center first before you head off to some place else. I purchased my smell and new cosmetics pack here, it was of palatable quality. Pleasant! This spot is energetically proposed.

What makes the ultimate luxury shopping experience; Is it the shops, the location, the food, or the customer service? You are correct, all the above! 😃 Bal Harbour has it all and so much more. In short, treat yourself and enjoy everything Bal Harbour is serving its clients.

Breathtaking scenery and beautiful shops! The workers in the store were all very friendly especially in Versace and Saks Fifth Ave. The shoppers are a bit snooty which is to be expected….food at the Japanese restaurant on the 3rd floor was delicious! My husband and I will definitely come back when in the area.

Vanessa at Saks is the best! The whole place is wonderful. I did have a small situation at a store I won't name where I was treated bad but I won't let one bad apple ruin it. Overall it's a beautiful experience. Love all the stores.

They have ruined this mall. The overall tone has always been refined but now it is unwelcoming. Many of the shops have barriers across the doors and you have to wait for an employee to acknowledge you and let you in to shop. There used to be an open air cafe you could sit down in and have a sandwich but that is gone and there are only niche restaurants that take forever to serve you-nothing quick anymore. The anchor stores don't open until NOON and the employees all seem miserable. Not a nice shopping experience anymore. SAD

Parking is rough - this place has been under construction for over a year. It's a hot mess, and they still charge you to park... which is insane since you have to off-road through a construction site to get to parking. And in the bigger picture, it's essentially charging someone to give you their money... or charging employees to work. That's why I'm removing a star. Do better, BH. But this is a beautiful mall! The gardens are gorgeous. The stores here are all top tier too - not just in brand, but within those brands (top performing stores have bigger budgets for better window displays and better product assortment). Once you're on foot inside the mall, it's a great shopping experience.

Beautiful upscale mall with open air/ tropical feel. One tip for visitors who need to park: drive though the main entrance on Collins/ Florida A1A and do not navigate to a specific store! I visited early December 2021, and due to garage construction, there is no entrance on 96th Street. Otherwise a lovely and peaceful mall visit. On-site parking is reasonable $1/30 minutes and bathrooms are immaculate. I'll be back when I'm in town!

Lovely place. Period. Very pretty mall and esthetics are pleasing. Upscale shops and places to eat. The inside of the mall felt like a trip out in the Amazon, very lush and green. Turtles and fountains everywhere. One of a kind mall you must visit to shop and eat at Le Zoo too.

I enjoy the general aesthetic of what they tried to cultivate here however there are many areas that need improving upon. I would be more inclined to recommend visiting Shops at Merrick Park for a similar yet improved experience. Walking areas are narrow which presents issues when its busy. Some areas have a rather swampy smell depending on where you're walking past. I recommend you valet if you're going to visit that parking situation is notorious there.

This is one of the top Shopping Malls In Miami! 🏆 If you are looking for Designers Stores, High End Brands and exclusive shopping… this is the place to go! The Bal Harbour Shops combines a modern-luxury designs and architecture with outdoor gardens, water fountains and the South Florida tropical touch 😍 They have most of the top brands such as Carolina Herrera, Gucci, Ermenegildo Zegna, Emporio Armani, Fendi, among others. It’s is also a beautiful place to visit, specially in Christmas, because their decoration is awesome. The shops has also great coffee and restaurants, so you can spend the day shopping and enjoying delicious food ;0) 100% recommended

A lot of name brand stores with very pricey goods. I was with my boss, so I was only along for the ride. I was amazed at a full bar and snacks inside one of the stores. Very impressive.

This is a great place if you want a sense of 6 ave to some degree you'll find high end clothing in this area. Most services within 25 to 50 ft. But Sheek, very accessible parking behind the stores as opposed to off street. And the beach would be one block east.
