I joined this gym a year ago. I had never done CrossFit before. I didn't know anyone in Fort Lauderdale. This gym quickly became apart of my daily routine. I have made so many friends through FVCF and have been able to increase my lifting/cardio capabilities as well. This gym is also great for drop ins! The weekend workouts are always my fav since they are usually partner based and a great way to start your day. Casey (the owner) always has super cute shirts and very yummy snacks for sale at the deck shop. I learned how to do a muscle up, met my current roommate, competed in the Crossfit Open, and adopted a dog all because of Casey Anderson and Flagler Village CrossFit

I joined Flagler Village CrossFit when I moved down to Ft. Lauderdale almost a year ago. I was excited this gym offered both CrossFit and “Tone Fit” programming, which was similar to the modified version I started my CrossFit journey with! I love the inclusivity of all fitness & skill levels and even the most competitive members don’t come with the egos I’ve experienced at some CrossFit gyms. Casey, the owner, and the other coaches have been so helpful recognizing my strengths/weaknesses and what cues will make sense to me. Casey also does a great job creating a community with a welcoming space & organizing fun social events outside of the gym. I came to FTL without knowing a single person and have built friendships with many of the other members (& doggies) along the way!

The owner, Casey, was absolutely tremendous in accommodating me for a Sunday Drop-in for the Open. Once there, it took only a second to feel comfortable about being there and getting ready to work out. It really felt like I was back home at my CrossFit box; that is how well she set the tone. Not going to lie, but Brindie is outstanding at his job as well! This is a location well worth visiting and I look forward to the chance to return.

Amazing space to work out and make new friends! The gym is huge, beautiful and clean, coaches are professional and informative, members are friendly, and there are always lots of fun dogs to pet!

This is the perfect place for someone new to Fort Lauderdale to make some friends, even if you have never done CrossFit before. The new location located near Sistrunk Marketplace is FANTASTIC! It is so spacious and has so many places to hang out before/after class. FVCF is still such a fantastic community with monthly dog walks, Sunday Cardio sessions, and other fun gym events!

By far, the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Every coach is knowledgeable, supportive, patient and just all around fun to learn from. The atmosphere is laid back enough for people of any skill level to enjoy and structured enough to always leave feeling accomplished. Every other CrossFit gym should take note!

Flagler Village CrossFit is absolutely amazing. From the minute I walked in I felt very much at home. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Coaches are knowledgeable and help you to improve and learn new skills. The gym is dog friendly and their monthly dog waling club is just an extra plus. I look forward to coming to the gym each day to relax, unwind, and get in a good sweat. After trying out a few CrossFit gyms in the area, this was easily the best fit for myself.

A great gym with top tier programming, inviting space and a fun community of members. Being dog friendly is an added plus! Highly recommended for any level of CrossFit athlete!

I really like this gym and the members, my wife and I had never done Crossfit before but everyone there was really nice and encouraging. I had a couple injuries from Football and they were very accommodating so I would recommend this place for sure to anyone looking to try out Crossfit or even seasoned Crossfit pros!

I was a 2 time drop in, and picked Flager because the reviews were very similar to my gym. It was AWESOME! Super fun, friendly, great people and coaching. Fla-Mingo 4ever! I am so coming back next time I am in Florida!

If you're considering making Flagler Village your crossfit gym, you won't regret it! I was just dropping in for a week to keep from getting rusty while I was visiting the area and can say if I lived here, I'd for sure keep on coming! It's the first box outside of my home box that I have had no complaints about. Great programming, friendly people, Nice clean organized space with plenty of equipment and knowledgeable coaches. oh and cool aesthetics too! ;) 10 out of 10 would recommend! <3

Small community in a bigger space. I’ve been following Casey’s coaching for at least five years now and she really knows how to make a gym feel homey. All the equipment is clean and well maintained, the space is adorable and the amenities are great. The coaches care about their athletes and pay attention to their strengths and weaknesses. The new space at Sistrunk Market is even better than the last space, with more room to grow with more members. I can’t say enough about this amazing gym.

This is a great CrossFit community! Thanks everyone for welcoming me during my two weeks in Ft Lauderdale this winter. Loved loved loved this CrossFit community - everyone was so friendly, the coaching was fantastic & attentive - and I love the environmentally conscious ethic (reusable cups, towels, etc)! It's even dog friendly! If I lived there this would be my CrossFit home! ;-) Highly recommend!

Just flew down from Atlanta for the holiday and did a drop in. Phenomenal gym. Casey was excellent, as were the athletes. Definitely recommend

I dropped in while visiting from NY. The box is awesome! AJ was the coach and did a great job scaling my workout to accommodate some minor injuries I came in with. The members were extremely welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Been the best programming and community of all the gyms I've been too. Great coaches that will really help you reach the goals you want. Cute gym doggo too

I was leaving my gym today and realized something. Flagler Village CrossFit was clean before it was cool/mandatory to be clean. When I moved I had to find a gym closer to home. The new place I train at is great but I’ve realized that a lot of the new practices post COVID were common practice at Flagler Village. On top of great coaches, atmosphere and location, come and train at what’s arguably the cleanest gym south of Canada.

A happy place to work out. This is my regular place to drop in when I am in Fort Lauderdale and it has such an amazing vibe.

Loved this CrossFit gym! Casey was so friendly, nice, and inviting. The esthetic of the gym was so cute and amazing. Great workout planned for the day! Casey also answered us right away when my friend and I inquired about dropping in! Definitely check this CrossFit gym out if you’re down in Fort Lauderdale it is totally worth it! I forgot to buy a t-shirt lol so definitely get one because they are total rad as well!

I am able to execute athletic skills that I never thought I would be able to do like rope climbs, heavy squats and powerlifting moves. I feel strong and powerful. A big thanks to Casey and all of her coaches!
