Peace Love & Ice Cream!! This location is very popular and their sweet choices are delicious - from ice cream to frozen yogurt! Many flavors to choose from! The location was clean and the service was fast! The staff was nice and helpful. I ate my ice cream so fast I forgot to take the picture! It is accesible for wheelchairs and tnis right in front of the beach! It cannot get any better!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would give zero stars if I could. Bought two little brownie specials for $20 dollars. The guy was extremely rude the whole time and when we wanted to order a third brownie special he said he was sold out? Even though he had at least five more brownies from what we could see on display. He literally just decided to stop working and not serve us for absolutely no reason. I feel bad for whoever owns this Ben & Jerry’s because employees like him will make you lose clientele and money and I feel bad for his partner because he clearly has temper issues. We gladly went to Haagen-Dazs (the competition) because we will never be back here EVER AGAIN.

In and out in no time. The store is well kept and clean. The staff is also very patient and helpful. Make sure to grab a few napkins before you leave the store. The ice cream melts like crazy once you step outside.

Can't go wrong with Ben & Jerry's. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and smells amazing! Make sure you check out both ice cream freezers that way you don't miss out on any flavors!

Took our toddler there for some ice cream, I had mentioned that he only needed one scoop because he wouldn’t eat that much. He gave him one scoop I’m a cup and a little less than the 2 or 3 a regular serving gets… hooked it up for us and we we’re thankful

Do not get the shake, very watery. For a cookies and cream shake they were missing the cookies and the cream in the flavor. We also got the tonight dough in a waffle cone, but had terrible customer service. Love the idea of ice cream on the beach, but should have gone somewhere else.

Rude staff. We were buying 3 ice creams, and they wouldn’t allow my son to try a small sample of one flavor. (But did give a free scoop to a man he appeared to know about 2 minutes later). My son asked him if the flavors in both cases were the same, and he said “yes” to rush my son along. Of course, they weren’t the same and I ended up having to buy an extra cup to avoid a meltdown. Go to one of the other places in the area. Plenty of choices and much better service.

Boardwalk prices. Quick service. Milkshake a little to thin (runny), guess I should have asked for a thick one. Great selection.

It's Ben & Jerry's, of course the ice cream is great. The staff handles big crowds and complicated orders with ease!

My 6 year old daughter drop her $8.99 ice cream, and just asked for another one at the person at the store, but he refuse in a rude way to help us, well. I understand is a business, he just handle it to her Nov 1st. 7pm

Def not like it used to be! It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a Ben & Jerry’s but I remember them being so good, but not anymore. I got the brownie special and while the ice cream and brownie were good, for $10 I expected more than two small spoonfuls of ice cream and two small chunks of brownie with barely any hot fudge and mostly whip cream. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but I should’ve listen to the reviews… I would not recommend.

The ice cream was good. I just didn’t like a couple things when we ordered. My 6 year old wanted a single scoop in a small cone and the lady wouldn’t let her order that. She literally said no, a double scoop in a big cone! We were like uhhhh okay. My kid could hardly eat half of that! I get trying to update but telling a customer no? Then I wanted a small milkshake and again she told me no, we only have large?! Just thought it was weird. She wasn’t very friendly either. But the ice cream was good so….

Overpriced. Waffle cone was soft as soon as they handed it to me. Didn’t have pints of the flavor I wanted available but said they’d gladly pack me one and charge me $11 for it. I’ll find another ice cream place next time.
