Joseph the Manager and his assistant manager are not well organized, both of them all they do is joke and they don’t provide a great customer service experience. I was waiting for snaking bacon and a aguacatoe toast and I expressed to Joseph that I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes and his exact words where and I’m here speaking with you , I said to Joseph don’t speak to me in that manner and he asked me if I wanted my money back. Joseph and his assistant manager are rude and disrespectful and neither one of them care for there customers time and for the looks of it they don’t lead by example.Very poor service provided by the both of them!!!! Gia how ever she’s the evening manager and she’s very professional and very attendant and she provides great customer service Gia I guess I will switch to evenings to have my coffee.

I was on the drive thru for 5 or 6 minutes with nobody in front of me and try to ask the attendant a few times and he was really disrespectful and nasty he's name is Mike I was told when I arrived at the window he started to talk in a nasty way and the manager had to intervene and told him to stop and leve the place on my personal opinion that guy is not fit to deal with costumers and public

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They are inexperienced and untrained in Customer service/Etiquette. But the worst is the Manager Joseph. He is rude and disrespectful. I had a really bad experience in which he blamed the employees and then myself. When I requested someone above him, he told me that he was the highest and that they would send me right back to him, that he is it. He told me that because I asked for someone higher that he felt as if I was threatening him. He never looked at me, he fiddled with the counter the entire time. He's very, very, confrontational, it was almost scary... BEWARE... PLEASE BEWARE... They will fail with Him in charge. He appeared unstable. As long as he's there, I'll NEVER GO BACK, and neither will the business that accompanied there that day for a meeting.

Yo seriously I’ve never ever met a nastier person than Gia! I get it…. It’s cold out and the weather is fluctuating but to sneeze while handing me my items all over my items and still proceed to try and hand them to me? HOW disrespectful Gia! A the worse part was I am pretty sure she passed gas when she sneezed or her breath was horrid cause the smell afterward was atrocious! 🤢 safe to say I got a refund. Gia do better please please this was uncalled for and hazardous! Steer clear when Gia is working!

Went to this dunkin' today at 1:30pm. I made this review specifically for whoever made this avocado toast. You deserve an award because look at that even spread!!! And for the first time, the toast wasn't hard as a rock and overly cooked. Give the cook a reward!

It was alright they were slammed. Hats off to the crew. They gave me 1 diff drink but remade it! The back patio is nice.. very clean and nice inside

I'm only giving it 2 stars because my refresher strawberry dragon fruit was the only good refreshment of my order . The rest of the items I ordered were overcooked.This order was an online order, but the food was cold and dry when I retrieved it, Definitely will be my last visit.

Always gets my order wrong in the drive thru- person taking orders outside is usually sitting on the floor or playing on their phone every time I go there. I had to have them redo my order 3 times this morning. The staff inside is always having side conversations when it's busy and then they give you an attitude when they mess up your order. Management needs to address this asap

Typically I go through the drive-thru I can't tell you that in the morning they are very efficient but there is a point in the day where they do not have an outside person taking the orders so depending on what the flux is of people it can get bottlenecked. However the staff works very hard to be kind to everyone and they have been especially good to me. I appreciate the fact that they come into work on days where it might be raining or they might be tired or it might be short of staff and they really make an effort to give you the drink the correct way so long as you correctly order it. The optimal thing is to ask them questions and move forward from there which will enhance your experience

The food is great, good place to relax. But the downside is the fact the restroom toilet paper are far away from toilet and to low to reach. They really need to improve the restroom little more effort.

everything is always messed up. i come here because it's convenient but they take 20-45 min in the drive thru every time. something is always either missing or wrong. overcharged me today for something i didn't even ask for. it's crazy how unorganized and rude they are, would not recommend this location.

Refreshing &surprisingly yummy alternatives such as a Pinterest worthy, try it for yourself Avocado Toast, for fun, on a lightly toasted plain bagel with "Bacon" Made by GIA.( we devoured it before taking a picture!) >_< fyi restrooms clean and in order for anyone who is like me and wants to know.

Got a late night craving and decided to walk about a mile and a half to Dunkin and the lady inside had the door locked and told me to use the drive thru. The hours on the door says open til 3am and the neon Open sign is on. Guess I just went for 3 mile midnight walk. Thanks Dunkin.

Went in early Sunday morning to pick up food before work— I ordered a large sweet tea, one of the new cold brews, a bacon wake up wrap, and a donut. My iced tea? It was OLD and practically FERMENTING. I've never had issues drinking iced tea from Dunkin, let alone at this location! The taste was putrid, acidic, absolutely disgusting. Old tea can seriously make someone sick and the fact that they were selling this to customers is a health hazard. I get iced teas every time I go to Dunkin donuts, so I know exactly what old, rotting tea tastes like. The cookie cold brew tasted awful, I just wouldn't recommend that to anyone. And the cashier didn't even give me my donut. I felt like I was LITERALLY ROBBED at this location. I was starving all day as I was at work and had no time to go back and get everything fixed, or even get my money back. Definitely going to be avoiding this Dunkin donuts for a while.

I usually have no problems with this location. Granted, I haven’t been in a couple months. However today was disappointing. I asked for a chicken bacon sandwich with no bacon. They were out of plain bagels so I asked for multi grain because I was told that’s what they had. As I was driving up to the window, I realized I forgot to ask for a pup cup should be no problem. They never charge for a pup cup. When I ask for one they said OK you’ll have to pay for it (never have I ever paid $1 for a cup of whipped cream, but whatever). I get my food, drink, and pup cup (which was spilling out the sides), and drove off. I look at my sandwich and it’s an everything bagel with cream cheese. So I go back and the girl tells me oh we’re out of multigrain bagels, weird excuse to completely botch my order but okay. Finally I get my sandwich on an everything bagel this time because that’s all they had left and there’s bacon on it. Long story short, customer service here sucks now and I wasted 20 minutes trying to make sure my order was correct.

Bring your kids in! They have this space called oasis on the back. My kids had a great time here!

My drink sat on the counter for ten minutes, it was only 3/4 full, and it barely had any flavor. They added extra milk to it, it was almost white.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is trash, they have given me a different order than I asked and still manage to burn the croissant every time. This is what they consider to be a sausage and egg croissant.

FOOD TASTS LIKE AN EDIBLE. YOU CAN GET ADDICTED!!!! Sit and have a coffee with friends for a donut. 1 dollar donut for free coffee. Charging ports and business room with seats! Patio included. Relaxing and zen space. Drive off to your sleep after eating.

Johnathan and Gina really need to take a class on customer service. This place was so uniformed with Mr. Joseph as the manager!! He was very organized and ran a tight ship. Bring back Mr. Joseph if this place is going to make it you guys really need him there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The “operations manager” Jonathan is a pathetic excuse for someone in a “leadership” position. The staff are friendly but whoever is the franchisee of this location needs to be audited.

I always come to the curb side pick up and would like to give a big thanks to Giovanni for his professionalism and always smiling very good experience at this location better then other places I gone.

Very Nice Establishment. Flew In From New York for a business trip and got greeted instantly by a nice gentlemen named Austin he also helped me with my order and was very respectful, nice and greeting best service I have had at a Dunkin Will Be Back!

Best DD building in Broward, but they can't keep it clean and they can't process orders fast enough. Get rid of workers in the car line, doesn't help one bit. Create a "Coffee Only" line or station adjacent to the drive through. Thank me later. You'll triple your coffee orders in the morning.

Had a business meeting here because they have a private meeting room. Good donuts even though they were out of my favorite. Nice selection of coffees.

Very good customer service but they need to open the patio in the back and clean it up. This place is next to 2 college and students studying in the restaurant is crazy.

Today was a not so nice day and went to Dunkin’ at 10:30pm disregarding the tropical storm going on. I’m glad I did because I received the best service from Jenya! Your professionalism and sweetness brighten my day. Thanks so much for your awesome service along with your team!

Oh man I wish I had ask for the name of the girls attending because I just had an amazing experience there (Saturday near 11pm). The customer service these two girls gave all while during a busy rush hour late at night (while seemingly understaff) was off the charts. These are the kind of people that win customers for life. They were cordial, funny, helpful and from what I saw with other customers orders, fast. They got my order fast too but got so caught up they forgot an item but one of the girls came to check up on me and quickly return with my item and even a little extra as an apology. Needless to say I'm very pleased and glad I went there. Best Dunkin I've stopped, will be coming back as a regular now.

They have a sign saying operator of the year award. I really wanted to come here because they have an amazing back porch area. Couldn't wait. It looks nice. Except the screen/roof is falling down and is tattered. They had two expediters which was great. I ordered a #1. I was asked what a number 1 is. Ok...they don't show the meals on the menu board. Non standard. I paid, eventually drove up. They are busy it is morning. I was told to pull up and wait so I did. I was later told I didn't pull up correctly and I should have pulled somewhere else. I told them to be specific next time. I pulled up to the waiting area. I opened my bag after pulling off. The sandwich was poorly put together with the cheese and bun half way off. The cheese not melted. The sausage patty was barely warm. The croissant was burned. I thought I ordered a meal but no tots. Probably my fault for not being clear. This place is offering $800 sign on bonus. Don't know where all the workers are but they need to train or hire better.
