It's pretty darn full... yet they have ove small dumpster! Trash build up is horrible!!! It's pretty darn expensive for nothing special.

My move in process with Francheska was very awesome. She paid great attention to details on my needs for move in. she was very patient on answering all my questions with no problem. The best part is every time I called her she answered the phone or called me back immediately. Its great to deal with professional people that have patience and also a smile on there face while helping you. Great experience ever. The park is very clean and very quiet.

Called to inquire about this property, lady named Fransheska was very knowledgeable,patient & very pleasant. Helped with all my questions and concerns definitely going to tour the property to possibly purchase!

New staff have been great. The new property manager has a big heart and willing to go that extra step to help tennants and owners. Its almost like noght day compared to previous pm.

This place is a joke. If the sewer isn't backed up the power is off to be fixed because it couldn't pass inspection now the water is off until Friday it's wendsday with no notice until I called and the response was "we didn't think it would effect that portion of the park?" My yard is where all of the mentioned problems are and you didn't know? They could careless about anyone here except the screaming wheel will get greased. You can't even call cooperate because when things happen here the website magically goes down and all emergency contact links are gone. All these problems happen no where but here save your self.. Francesca couldn't care less I'll bet her trailer has no water, power and no sewer backed up problems.

I have call a few times and Fransheska has been a great help!!! Very professional on answering her calls. she makes you comfortable and if she don’t have anything to offer she goes way and beyond to offer you other options (like seeing if her other parks are available) She explains with details everything you need to know..,GREAT JOB Fransheska…..

Very thigh space too move and if you have a van sheeesh might be a really tight spot

Clean and welcoming multicultural MobileHome community not far from FLL airport. Near lots of stores and restaurants. Good pick for a short term rental or vacation. Parking along the small streets - no driveways

I live close by. It's a quiet little place, nice people. Management is on the ball seeing how well maintained the property is.
