The sand is nice but all the tourist and overnight bar goers leave debris everywhere . PLEASE KEEP OUR BEACHES CLEAN & locals should be shamed for not correcting others and your part of the problem . Lots of seaweed :( even though they do try to clean it up every morning sometimes worst than others . Water is very nice , lifeguards everywhere !! Lots of bars , restaurants and hotels . The broadwalk is definitely a cool experience. It is a safe beach .

Hollywood Beach is almost tranquil compared to South Beach. It is quiet, cozy and relaxed here. There are few large hotels all around, rather small apartment complexes. The Oceanwalk is really beautifully done, the beach is also very, very beautiful.
