I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at Dillards. I understand that employees have closing duties to attend to, but the level of rudeness and annoyance displayed by the staff was completely unwarranted. I always park my car outside of Dillards, do my shopping in the store and the mall and then leave. Today was no different except for I finished a transaction at the store at exactly 8 pm which is the store closing time. My son (3 years old) immediately tells me he needs to go to the restroom. While I appreciate that everyone wants to finish their work on time, it’s important to remember that customers are the reason the store exists in the first place. I didn’t expect red-carpet treatment, but basic courtesy and respect should be maintained until the last customer leaves. My frustration started when I asked if restroom was still open and I immediately got faces and a person tells they were already closed to hurry up. I get out of the restroom not even 5 min later and all the doors were closed. Everyone give me the faces. I had an exchange with the security person and he said I should have listened and got out of the store in time. I never get upset at these things but i feel like all of them deserve a life lesson and treat the customers better. Why should I go to this place again and put my son through all the running around and uncomfortable situation. I hope Dillards takes this feedback seriously and reminds its employees about the importance of customer service, even during closing hours. It’s crucial to strike a balance between closing duties and treating customers with respect and courtesy. All good when you are spending your money but they dont care you have a situation. People do better - customers are human

Enoch Sampson by far the best customer service we have received in years if not ever. Will go back only to him even regardless of what we purchase. Should be recognized as such!

Worse Dillards. Don’t buy there. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife and they didn’t fit so we went to exchange them but she couldn’t find anything she wanted and rather return the shoes. We could not not return them because we didn’t have the box. I asked to speak with a manager and a lady by the name of Holly who said to be the manager treated us very badly, rude woman. Not even a store credit was given to us. I will never visit Dillards again. Our son who is a Corporate attorney for a large retail company, told us, the store has to go by the disclaimer on the receipt and there isn’t one. We are pursuing this not for the cost of a pair of shoes but for the horrible experience we had to endure.

My wife and I went to Dillards yesterday for the first time and were blown away by the service and selection. Maria in the Polo Ralph Lauren section was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. She took her time to help me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all of the products. You really don't see this level of customer service in other department stores. I have been shopping at Macys for years but after yesterdays visit; Dillards will be my new go to. Thank you Maria for being so awesome looking forward to shopping with you again!

In the Mens department there is this guy called Enoch, he will treat you like royalty and help look your best in suits and sports clothing. What a great experience was buying a suit from Enoch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and very profesional. If in Dillards of Pembroke Pines mall, look for Enoch, he is simply the best guy to go to. Highly recommended. Highly recommend

I just wanted to take a moment or two and brag about my experience with the sales person Linda at the fragrance section in Pembroke Pines Lakes mall. I would never fragrance shop anywhere else because of Linda. This is also coming from someone that makes the “Devil wears Prada” main character look like a preschooler. I am in love with the service, fragrance and the phenomenal human that I was lucky enough to meet at Dillard’s today. Linda is a rare gem.

On this particular day I entered the Pembroke Lakes Mall through Dillard's. not anticipating to shop there but from another store within the mall. As I made my way past the Lancõme counters I was Greeted by Xiomie the Beauty Advisor whom I may say was very Attentive to my needs at the time, She also was very Articulate with her presentation of the promotion that was taking place at the time which gives me the opportunity to get cash off towards a future purchase, and the gift set i did purchase offered me more for my money than the store that I was intending to shop from Inside the Mall guess taking short cuts to get to another place has its benefits. Spectacular customer service experience @ Lancõme never did i feel pressed to make a purchase. I Will Definitely Recommend Lancõme And Definitely will Revisit Dillard's at the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Which is in Compliance with CDC Guidelines wearing masks upon entry and maintaining social Distancing is required.

I like to shop here for shoes and dresses especially at the end of the season to stock up for when I need a dress for an unexpected event. Sometimes I luck out and find multiple items and other times nothing but it is always worth a look. It is close and a convenient location and usually has a nice selection. I can also spend some time perusing the store before a movie which is nice.

Looking for a dress for my stepson's wedding and the help there was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The prices were definitely reasonable.

At Dillard I feel like home. The service is the best. The Dior lady Gloria is knowledgeable, she is an expert and helps clients choose what is best for their skin. The shoe department is rocking, I could not tie my shoe and the sale associate ran to help me. The store is always well presented and everything is always in order. Great shopping experience.

2/20/23 ~7:15pm The “sweet cashier” on the movie theater side told me returns must be made in the department I purchased from. I’ve never heard that one before. Got to that department and no one was there. Would’ve waited forever if someone in cosmetics didn’t assist me.

Love this place...The store is very decorative and I was able to buy a nice dress that fits me at great prices!

I like Dillard's as a department store.. However, the employees can be stand offish. They make you feel unwelcomed especially if you aren't giving them a "sale"

Found the Bogg bag I was looking for. I enjoy going to this store especially around the holidays. Their sales are great! Staff are nice.

Customer Service at Dillards is top notch, when you go to Macys and some department stores the workers there don’t even try to help. I shop here at least twice a month and I am never disappointed. Yes prices are high but I would rather pay more and get the excellent customer service!

I have always loved the quality of the clothes in Dillards, and their good selection of formal dresses. Located in Galleria, this Dillards is quiet and well located in front of the food court.

I highly recommend Dillards Lingerie department. The sales associate who helped me was excellent. Her name is Shakira. Attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I am very happy with my purchases and highly recommend this department.

The store is fine but just had a bad experience at perfume counter. The lady behind there just didn’t stop showing me different perfume s to the point that she confused me so much I had to walk out. They need to stop their perfume people from pushing.

I had the prettiest, friendliest and most patient saleswoman help me pick out a purse/tote for my 22 year old granddaughter. I love Dillard's, where I can ALWAYS find something nice!

this shopping center location is not so great if compared with Aventura Mall and Dillards is clean, not crowded, doesn’t have a great selection specially for Brahmin bags. I don’t recommend this store and will drive up to Wellington to check that other store

The salesperson in the Clinique area was all over the place, possibly to get additional commissions. The actual special that was given to my wife was not properly explained. Not a good experience On the other hand, the Chanel salesperson was helpful and pleasant. He was excellent and got the product we were looking for.

I've never purchased a men's suit in my life so I don't know the ins and outs. When you select a suit off the rack without any assistance and an enthusiastic sales rep says to my son who I'm buying the suit for "try it on" and proceeds to start adjusting the suit for alterations come to find that my son couldn't even use the suit for homecoming because he had covid. So when I try to return the suit less than 3 weeks later I'm told it's not in there condition it was sold in. I'm confused. So this pushy sales man never explains this but pushes the alterations and I explain to his manager I feel deceived, I feel as though he purposely pushed the alterations and failed to explain the return policy as far as alterations just to get a sale. Unfair, deceptive, and misleading. I'll never shop at Dillard's again in my life. That was the most disgusting experience I've ever had. The manager provided to customer service no apology just kept repeating they can't take the return even after I explained everything no solution or suggestion was offered.

Bought 2 pairs of $70.00 pants and they both fell apart after washing. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH FOR THE GARBAGE QUALITY THEY SELL!
