Please be advised I had a review about this dump mobile home park and it was removed. Buyer beware the manager of this park continously lies to residents and Lakeshore Management does no maintenance to keep their parks up. One of the reviews on here from Gerald Rollinison who gives a five star rating is the park manager boyfriend. He lives on the property part time along with her under age daughter and grand child. This is not allowed since the park is 55 senior park. This manager has always done what she wants not abiding by the rules. Please before buying from Lakeshore Management properties make sure to check ratings and reviews about Lakeshore Management slumlord Practices. Lakeshore and the manager does not take care of their properties. Buyer beware you have been warned do not buy a Mobile Home from this park or any other Lakeshore Property they are Slumlords. P.S. Just to let you know and to clarify over half the people who put reviews about this Mobile home park do not even live in this mobile home park. Once again proves the manager on site lies... BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT BUY AT HOME MOBILE HOME PARK YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! P.S. Amazing Gerald Rollinison keeps leaving 5 star reviews this is the managers boyfriend that lives with her on property part of the time. I guess he better leave a 5 star rating or else!!!!!

Years ago was a very nice .But since Sandy Morell took as a Manager,went down the hill. She makes very difficult for you to sell your trailer.She wants that you abandon it , because this way she can sell and make some money for herself. A lot residents moved out because she make theirs lives miserable.I don't know why she didn't got fired yet.

I buy my M,H,T 2 years ago, and the manager Sandy Morel doing all paperwork very quickly and satisfied . this trailer home community is very clean and good neighborhood, Sandy Morrel always helps, very professional and friendly Great places to live.

Beautiful property was visiting a friend. Absolutely nice trailer park area. If you want to buy or rent go here good area I absolutely love it. Very nice. And quiet. Good for older people. No drama. I see no kids which is good . Very clean. ❤️❤️❤️

As a mobile home broker, I have sold (4) houses in the community mainly from Canadians who are no longer traveling to the states. I find the park well maintained. At times people will blame management for following the rules set forth by the community. If you want to break the rules and do what is not allowed, this park is not for you. Otherwise, it's quite, clean and safe affordable living.

Great Park to live in, clean and well kept by property Managment. The manger stays on top of things. Park has activites for everyone. I love the atmosphere there.

Very nice area, I met with the manager of the property and she was very thorough of showing me the property of a mobile home. For my grandmother. The community is very well kept and the lady with the blue eyes which is the manager was very professional. I would recommend this mobile home park and its a very reasonable price range for my grandmother. It has a community pool which she loves to relax at and they have monthly community events that my grandmother participates and calls the neighbors her family. She has been living here now for 6 months and she is very pleased with management along with staff With the helpful hand always available with assistance. I would give it 10 stars but no way of doing that. So 5 stars tripled ❤ ❤

I give the property and manager a 5 star. The manager and maintenance work very hard to keep the park in excellent shape. They are always helpful and willing to assist the residents in day to day operations. The residents initiatives are inviting. Lovely Park Great Place to live.

Well I am now a mobile home owner thanks to all the effort and great job that was done by Sandy Morell, she is one super helper and patience employee that the park has hired. I also rate this park for the shirt time I've been here, not a 5 but a 10 star, it has very nice residents that have welcomed me to the park, in the near future I plan to bring a family member to also buy a mobile home here, thank you all that together with Sandy helped me buy here.
