Had a very bad experience while staying there... The caretaker was least bothered about anything... No water, AC was not in working condition, when you complain about anything they are very arrogant, Demanding extra money for everything...be careful guys.. They are sweet in talking until they receive money...then they will show their true colour.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!! The owner has no decency towards his guests. He blackmailed us to cut the power and wouldn’t serve breakfast in time. All communications happened on call where he also used foul language multiple times in the conversation. Rooms are much smaller than in the photos. Bathroom is even smaller. We really didn’t like the place so we decided to move after staying 2 nights and that didn’t go well with the owner. All the above, just because we decided to move. Isn’t that our choice!???

If you find vacancy, please book it! People stay here for months at a time so it’s definitely an opportunity if available. I’m American and A/C is very important to me which they provided in the second floor rooms (all 3 bedrooms have A/C) and hot water shower heads. Washing machine provided and plenty of places to hang your clothes to dry indoors by the windows. Breakfast was provided in the mornings and they were willing to clean each day however I rejected so that I could sleep in longer with no problems. Security downstairs was very kind and always at our service. Very safe place located minutes from Hyderabad night life!

I think the rooms were not being managed with utmost care because the towels , bathroom , sheets were not cleaned properly. But when it comes to service provided by the staff and owner i would rate 5/5 coz they were very cooperative and understanding. I am glad just because of that. If i could , i would suggest a bit of remodeling of bathrooms should do the job and fridge should be replaced coz it was defrosting crazy fast without putting it into that mode.

BEWARE!!!!!! Do not go on the reviews and ratings. The property is very old and needs renovation. The washrooms were dirty . Not recommended for families. The sanitary ware needs a renovation. Hot water was available only in one out of three rooms. The floor wasn't cleaned well. We had booked the property for four days but vacated it the next day and shifted elsewhere.The only plus point is location. Car parking facility available. The rooms are spacious.

Not clean at all , cleaning staff doesn't clean n comes once 3 days .. very old and dirty bathrooms and beds .. stains on bedsheets.. shubba reddy person taking booking is not efficient at all

We booked a 3BHK through AirBnB. The place was large but there were minimal amenities. There were no hooks or place to hang clothes in there bathrooms. There was an issue with AC in one of the rooms, on complaining through AirBnB the host turned rude. The towels were old. Only one towel per room. The staff was willing to help but there aren't trained in hospitality so they lacked in many forms. The quality of breakfast was bad. The fridge provided was unclean. Go to the place only if you get it for a cheap price.

Nice homely atmosphere very clean and hygienic rooms the supporting staff was very good, the manager Mr. Ratikant and the owner Shri Subba Reddy Garu was also very helpful always booking Uber cab for me during my Hyderabad stay recently. The supporting staff Nurool also a very nice and cooperative boy. Overall a good place with competitive pricing of rent and safe also would definately recommend everyone

Amazing place to stay at, I have had long stays for almost about 2 months in breaks, and the owner and the housekeeping boys have always been kind enough to cater to all my needs very promptly, overall a very homely stay!! Rati, one of the staff, takes care of everything you would need!! A fantastic guy!! This place is now my usual spot whenever I'm in Hyderabad. Overall, a wonderful homely stay.

I am here in Hyderabad for shoot from past month. 15 days a month I will here for shoot. Staff r very friendly especially Rathikanth manager & cook Deepak of this origin residency. Food is very good, especially when u r fitness freak n very strict on ur diet. They will cook what ever u tell them n how ever u want it to be. parking is good too. Felt like home clean, friendly n safe 😊👍🏻.

WARNING: CAUTION ADVISED FOR THIS PROPERTY! Our experience at this property was highly disappointing. First and foremost, there was no hot water available for bathing. The toilet was in an appalling state, covered in stains and filth. To our shock, there were no toiletry items or even towels provided. Adding to our discomfort, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning. Despite adjusting the temperature to 28 degrees, it failed to change, maintaining a constant, uncomfortable temperature. The fan only had two settings—high and low, with no ability to adjust the speed. We questioned Subba Reddy about these issues, particularly the non-functional geyser, and were met with excuses and insincere explanations. When my partner fell ill due to the lack of temperature control from both the fan and AC, we were forced to endure a night without ventilation, leading to suffocation and discomfort. In the morning, we requested hot water and were told to use another room where no one was currently staying. This solution was impractical and unacceptable. I had to personally fetch hot water from the other room, highlighting the inconveniences we faced. The most concerning aspect of this property is its unsuitability for families. During our stay, we observed numerous individuals engaged in drinking and smoking in the common areas, both during the night and in the morning. This blatant disregard for safety and comfort makes it abundantly clear that this property is not family-friendly. In conclusion, our experience at this property was marred by a lack of basic amenities, maintenance issues, and a concerning atmosphere. We strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with your family.
