Kindly update proper address because when some customer tries to navigate through Google maps it directs to some location near Jyoti Nagar so this not the proper location of the bank.. kindly update the proper location so that the customers can navigate through maps and walk in to bank..

Went to the bank with a letter for the bank statement and also asked if they need the proof and they said no. They told to write the letter again as there is some mistake and that was fine and bought a new letter again. Went to submit the form and then they mentioned they need ID proof. When asked before, they said no and they can't make their customers roam many times here and there. That's very unfair of them. They have to provide proper information when asked before. Did not expect such a thing from such a reputed bank. They have to know how to give prior information with proper details. And three persons in the counter changed within an hour. There is no proper coordination among them and lots of mis-communication within themselves. No unity of command within them as every employee there tells different things and commands to the same customer. This has to be taken care from the bank side. This is not expected as this is a petty issue and can be done in less time. But the employees are making the customers wait for long time without proper instructions.

Had good experience here today when I went for collecting cheque book and ATM card. The staff were kind enough to offer help in activating my card there itself, and I could withdraw cash at the ATM there immediately. Felt very satisfied with the service.

Wrong location. This should be on the main road not in the Bashyam school lane.

Worst service ..No difference between them and Govt banks...better to reach out to govt banks instead of this one good for nothing branch

On 8th Sept '20 at 5.00 PM, I rushed to the Branch , being aware of the fact that it closes around 4.00 PM, to collect Cheque Deposit slip. As expected, the branch was closed. However, seeing me, Security Guard Mr. Ravi politely offered his help. I told my requirement. Immediately he checked ATM room and did not find the deposit slips. He went inside and brought one slip. When I was leaving, again he told :Sir| U r not depositing now?" He politely said, you look very tired. and also senior citizen. NO problem. I help you in depositing. I filled the form and handed over the cheque also. He put the receipt stamp and handed over counter foil. It helped me to save lot of time. I thanked him. a lot. The culture that was displayed is a delight to me.

Very poor respect to customers from bank employees.There is no proper service to customers. Iam very unhappy for having account in MALKAJIGIRI branck(IFSCICIC0001315).

Worst Bank of india is ICICI and Worst branch of ICICI is malkajgiri . They cant fix even small issues although relationship officer keeps calling me every week to offer some investment plans.
