Volkswagen cars are good. Compared with other cars they have strong body and security wise they good. If you want you can buy at this location but don't give for service here. They are only for their's money but not for customer satisfaction. Worst management and worst services. No responsibility.

Starting with stars i gave 1 because there is no lower than 1 i could have given in Negatives (-) I entered the service centre on starting hours around 10am and gave the complaints regarding vehicle i requested to change the bumper grill not the bumper just the grill they received my request and raised the work order and now the time is 2:45 they took the car at 10:30 and parked in lot and haven’t moved it since. In my opinion the swap of part takes around 15-20 minutes max they made me wait for 5 hours and not even answered my questions in the beginning they invite you with open arms and smile after you handed the car over and signed the papers they will just keep ignore you Being a car enthusiast more over a german vehicles fan particularly VW i haven’t expected this from their service centre one of the worst service experience till day. Not a fan of suzuki but i admire their service and timing is just WOW After another hour of discussion and quarrel finally work was done at 3:30 and they spoiled my cars fog lamp and asking to replace it which costs 2500 which they destroyed and i should pay for it the damaged part has a iron moulded rod which sits under the bumper for support that was bent slightly which they removed and threw away and does not try to fix it totally today was a big disappointment and over all verdict was i will never visit this service center at all even for an enquiry(minus) -5 stars ⭐️

Most unprofessional Technicians and Floor Management. Looting Garage. VW must be ashamed to have such an Unit in Guntur .

They don’t have clarity on the price of their own spares. Clearly shows their irresponsibility.

Bad service. Included the services that are not required and tried to charge more though it's not required. Gear rod transition issue was supposed to be fixed but ended up malfunctioning of gear rod. Don't know how they did the test drive before submitting. Staff aren't efficient and don't disclose the amount that will be charged upfront which makes you pay for the services you don't want

Never accepts car for a service without an appointment and then close the shop for a public holiday after giving a service appointment. It turned out they decided to take holiday only after appointment was given and no further communication to customers who were given appointments.

Very good service experience

Highly unprofessional behaviour from people that represent a brand like ‘Volkswagen’. I have given my Vento for a turbo change at ‘Volkswagen Service station ,Guntur’. When I went to collect my vehicle , they said that they have rectified the issue and have filled the engine oil. Assuming the words from service station I took my vehicle back with me. The other day, on my way to Hyderabad after driving for while, the engine started making a hard noise. When I opened the hood and checked the engine oil levels, the engine oil tank was found full empty dried out. They haven’t filled the engine oil and delivered the same to me. We expect for a better service when handing over the vehicle , instead they don’t even check whether they filled the engine oil or not, which was the basic thing to do. And of course, they have charged me for the oil. To all those Volkswagen users, please do be careful when giving your car at Volkswagen Guntur.

Importantly, need to thank the service manager Mr.KIran who has guided (out of 4 injectors 1 failed and have to travel without A/C with 30-40 speed, ) the precautions that need to be taken in reaching the showroom post travelling for 250 KM and thanks to Mr.Babu(mechanic) for providing his service.

VW body shop has done a great job in bringing my damaged car back to its original shape and color. Thanks to the body shop staff for all their hardwork and attention to the details.

I went to get my accident vehicle repaired, they literally rip you off. Really unhappy for the first time. The prices they charges were exorbitant compared to the city showroom charges.

Below average. People here are not at all professionals. They like billing, billing and more billing. When it comes to work... it's truly worthless. I don't know whether they are certified professionals or not. I didn't get this impression on day1. After so many experiences and I am saying this. Also I am finding some things are broken when receiving the car post service. But it's a car and you could not verify them on the day of deliver. My opinion is don't give overrating on customer satisfaction call which is making them too lazy to answer atleast basic customer queries. If it is a service, atleast once in awhile go for inspection by a professional outside to know whether they are doing their job or not. AC filters change, engine oil change like that. Notice what's happening and record a small video if you are attending any bodyshop work before hand overing your car for service. This is just for your future purpose. No need to trust them blindly. Their paint booth is worst. When you are going for paint works carefully examine you will find bubbles. Or you can touch with your hand and you'll know it. Parts are on M.R.P and 2% card swiping charges are there. See when 2% is important to them, your car and your money is equally important. For every rupee you deserve satisfaction. Initially I thought consumer forum is difficult to reach. Trust me guys register your grievance on consumer forum online for free. The reset some high profile person from the car company will take care your issue but be genuine with your grievence. Also, you can initiate complaint with customer care or consumer forum even post vehicle delivery. All the best!
