Payed 3200 rps (!) for the worst nails ever. First of all: Non of the staff except the manager speaks or understands english, so you don't even have the chance to explain what you want as a foreigner. (Usually I wouldn't go to a salon where they don't speak English at all, but I didn't know the place and texted the manager in advance who told me to come to her salon where they could do everything I wanted.) They have a total of 6 colors of nailpolish. After they told me that the nails are done (see photo) I talked to the manager on the phone that this has to get fixed. Manager (kindly) came to the salon after 20 minutes of waiting and finally the nails got filed. But there's more to it than that: the first nail extension fell off the same evening. Three more fell off during the next day. After they fell off I texted the manager without getting any reply until now. Never again. One star because the salon was clean.

Very bad experience with this salon... V booked a bridal makeup for Rs18500 n v got nothing... The makeup was finished in 15 minutes...the draping was done by some lady who thy called so late...lack of staff when u have 4 or 5 bookings for an important wedding date...thy spoiled our mood as well as wasted our money too...The owner was busy with some other client... I will not recommend it to anyone specially if you are coming from different city. One more thing thy took money before starting the work.... N after tht thy did nothing... V looked like fool..... I wish thy should also pay for their unprofessional work....

Worst experience ever... They called it so called brand...One person came to my office to sell coupon of the salon...me and my colleague have purchased the coupon...He didn't tell that we have to book it the previous day when we have to take the service...First day I called them for waxing...they said ok....I went there and taken the service for waxing...the lady who was doing waxing, she has burnt my legs at three places...when I asked her to call other lady to do that,,,she convinced me that she will do carefully but again she has put hot wax on my leg....very bad service... After that other day I went for threading only at 12.00 pm,,,and there was no any customer at that time...even then they told me to take appointment even for threading....It was ridiculous... They told me to take appointment before one day...then today I called them for hair spa for tomorrow...Again they told me that tommorow will be so busy.... If you guys are so busy to give service...why you have sold the coupons????

One employee of yours I had a word with that women and she was very rude with me I wanted appointment on urgent basis as I have to leave tomorrow urgently. You people I guess proved services to customers and the way she was talking doesn’t seems like you people are not at all into customer services firstly keep your employees who are educated and well mannered please look into this and do the needful on urgent basis she didn’t told her name to me but I guess the was the receptionist look into this carefully otherwise I’ll have to look into this in my way if the slot was not available I guess she would have told me politely but she was damn rude

I loved the services.i took my bridal makeup and it was beyond perfect.i m super happy it was my best ever decision to opt VLCC.Priya ji is such a nice person help in all the way,a person like her needed in every outlet.she took care of each n every thing which I didn't care.the ambience was perfect n was not too far from my hotel...I took engagement makeup,wedding n reception n soon I'll book VLCC for baby shower😜

I had the worst bridal makeup experience. The makeup artist's work did not meet my expectations at all. The application was uneven, and it didn't match the look I had envisioned for my special day. I was extremely disappointed and felt uncomfortable throughout the event due to this experience. I suspect one Parle employee may have stolen my watch during the makeup session.

Best salon I m happy with the behaviour and services...thanks for great value for money services..there are special deals too...I would highly recommend it..I am regular salon goer and have to say this is my favourite.the ambience is beautiful and relaxing .the owner has put a great effort into the place.treatment rooms and the services they provide is excellent.Everything is modern and they are well up on new products,I've always had a fantastic experience with VLCC.i had a appointment with VLCC every three weeks for a little over two years.not only in VLCC very consistent and knowledgeable about hair in general.the outlet provides great pricing and fantastic customer services.

Hi I shaina I ve choosen my bridal makeup from VLCC after receiving amazing feedback from my known who visited VLCC for her pre bridal n bridal session.Had an amazing experience.they were very hospitable and understood my requirements very well as I was looking for very subtle n minimal makeup look.in varanasi there are very less famous name in makeup n salon services n we cannot trust on the local n socially hyped salon,these are business gimmick n usually people attract with ads n everywhere availability,the reason is outsider can trust on ads where branded salon hardly see in ads n social media.the reason they are busy in providing the services n improving,people know by their work.VLCC n the team understood the time constraints and prioritised to make sure that I get ready as per the commited time limit. I would highly recommend to visit them and avail the services offered by them.special thanks to Priya mam for ensuring only best,she was constantly having an eagle eye on the work going on.my bridal makeup was as I was dreaming n the artist did the same as I shown the pics..

This was my first visit to VLCC and my experience with the salon is just amazing and I'll definitely visit again and again.management team was very professional.the girl who did my services,her skills are on another level..apart from that service she was very polite.all staffs were look so professional n elegant.strongly recommended from my side.i saw the makeup going on there,could not see much,but the bride was looking much much beautiful n she was very happy too.Great experience with the VLCC n the team.VLCC is at sigra too but that was not good interms of service in beauty n hair...the ambience n cleaning was 5 out of 5.ill visit again n my husband do force me to go for facial treatment...😘😘😘

Oh my God!!!!I found VLCC in varanasi, as I could not imagine that I will VLCC in varanasi as came here for makeup m scared for the looks as we can trust only on the brand in any other city.u can check instagram or facebook page that can b copied but the big brand alw@ys carry the image for the best...I came from mumbai n had no idea about this city,the therapist were so perfect and I didn't feel like I m in Varanasi ,everything like pre bridal services to cocktail look n sangeet n bridal ...everything was perfect .I dolledup by the lovely team of VLCC.the girl who did my service was very professional n polite,whenever she use anything or apply,make sure that will no react or why she is using that...I m highly content after taking the service..now I shifted to varanasi n keep taking services after marriage too.everyone in my marriage came were asking that from where I ve taken the makeup,n they were asking the number for further references.Actually it was good whatever they did.When my brother came to receive me for the hotel,he said ''aap logo ne kamal ka natural makeup kiya hai,natural beauty lag rahi"that time I thought ki mere husband ko bhi for sure bahut accha lagega...keep rocking keep rising VLCC kacheri. ../
