Please don't ever visit the CCD of JHV. It's the worst place. I met my friends at JHV. The Burger King, food court etc were quite busy thus We went to CCD, which was the worst decision ever made. Ruined my whole mood. There isn't any option of giving zero or negative ratings or else I would have given that. I ordered there 3 cold coffees and 1 cappuccino, and they charged 820 INR for that. They didn't gave me the bill after payment so I thought maybe it will be provided at the end... Everything was so so bad...I had always thought that cold coffee is a very easy thing even roadside small cafes also make it good but I was wrong. CCD is famous for coffee but it was a complete waste of money here. My sufferings didn't end here also when we were leaving then also they didn't gave me the bill so I asked for it. But the waiter never came with it. So I went and asked for it again cause I wanted to see what they had charged this much for such a horrible experience. They had no idea of the bill...after some time they gave me the bill. I didn't had time so I just took it and what I am seeing after coming home that they had charged me for FRAPPE instead of cold coffee!!!! Like what the hell...you don't know the difference between the two of them. And let's consider you gave us frappes by mistake but that wasn't anything like frappe !!!! I told the server... That your coffee wasn't close to good also...and he was just blank!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!

There is a fungus in middle of the cake. I already ate 2-3 bites. After that I vomited many times.Yuckk!!!!!!Big scam .. Nowadays it's better to eat street food rather than their garbage. Even my family ate this fungus cake. I'm concerned about other people. Recently in Kerala a teen girl had a biryani after few days she passed away!!! Be safe #ripccd

Coffee is nice but expensive cause of the brand; although one can visit the branch inside the BHU Campus for the same taste at subsidized rates. I gave it only three stars because I look for a calm surrounding where I can enjoy my coffee and also prefer a variety of side-serves to complement my beverage. Note, the place lacks in fulfilling either. Thus, the location is more of a resting spot for a tired shopper than a cool café.

Best place to drink coffee in the cantonment area they have many options of coffee not too much crowded small seating areas. I tried cold coffee that was good 👍

This CCD is in inside the JHV shopping mall on the ground floor just beside the escalator. The environment is open type. Food is good as usual. But the space is really very less only 4 to 5 table is present there.

It's good as it is CCD 👍very beautiful ambiance just enjoy being there..must go

Not value for money, coffee sucks, no cleanliness beside CCD all the toys & scraps were there which just kills the feel.

Not the best CCD but yes if you drink CCD it's recommended. Tbh not worth it.

Usuaally i alwsys take cofffe fromm Coffee Cafe Day but this tym from this outlet was really horrible.. bahut wahita coffeee.. staff behvaiours are also not gud..

Love for coffee will never end..CCD provide wide range of cold and hot coffee and now they are providing Shakes too...

CD in varanasi is not like other cities, the experience and overall service is very bad. I have been to CCD many times expecting this time it will be good, but they always disappointed by them. One time I ordered a black coffee costing Rs 40, instead they serve me a black mocha which cost Rs 120, when I complained about it they don't have any idea only blank faces. Another time I ordered a cappuccino, it was so bad water, milk,and coffee i can taste separately. This joint is not CCD standard.

You can call it a decent place for hanging out with your best friends. Their coffee is sometimes hit or miss kind off especially if u take the cost in consideration. Overall you ll enjoy here.
