Worst drive thru. Long wait. Guy sounded dead and that he didn't care. Went to pay he started digging thru tip jar so I thought than ran out of change or something. Nope just gave the bills and went back to work. didn't give the coins I was owed. I didn't feel like waiting for him to wake up

The sign on the door says they are open until 10. It’s 8. There is a person in there. The door is locked. He won’t open it. Not a great experience.

A good roadside stop open very early for those who unfortunately need that, like me. Training for employees is lacking, took one employee ten minutes to operate the hot chocolate machine while the manager was able to get it working in 3 seconds

What a joke this place is I seriously just went through the drive through and received a donut that’s half eat’n!!! You can see the teeth marks in the donut!!! That’s terrible it’s disgusting…I asked for a coffee and a donut and you give me half a donut with teeth marks clearly visible in the donut?!?…I call to complain because I’m late to work otherwise I’d be inside this place…and the manager says to me “ooo I know I believe you” like he already knows exactly what I’m taking about?!?!?! 🤯 mind blown 🤯

I had a large order for them and was out in 5 to 10 minutes. They handled it like champs.

Drove through for a cuppa, good coffee, had a donut (and I hope my wife does not read this!), they had coconut, which is not a given with Dunkin donuts de-emphasizing donuts, and service was slow but friendly. Nuff said?

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.

It's a Dunkin'. It was clean and they were fast and friendly.

I went this morning whrn it was super busy. I mean, they were running out of stuff. I put in a mobile order. They got all the 10-15 customers done. And then the young white guy got my order and was super nice to me and my son. I was watching him and he never once got upset when all the customers were complaining. He just did his job and was still nice. I would have been upset over the wait, with a 4 year old. Buy then he took care of us and changed my mind. You need more people like him. was in the drive-through this morning around 9:30. The Woman at the 1st window was so nice and made me and my kids day. She talked to us for the 3 mins we sat waiting for our food. I hope I get her every time I go there. Most amazing dunks employee over ever met.
