Had a great experience here. Food was tasty, the ice cream sundae was insanely good, and the restaurant was very clean. The best part was Sophia! She was so kind and helpful. I am from out of state and she was able to point me in the right direction on multiple things. She was working very hard that night. Thank you Sophia for making my family and I's night.

Double bacon cheese burger and fries were flawless. Free refills was convenient. $21 total including tip.

I like the service, friendly ice cream, salad and soup the chicken quesadillas doesn’t taste good and grilled cheese not so good, seems they using old oil or maybe the grill that they’re using

Good service and 🍨 ice-cream. My son had chocolate 🍫, I had Cookies and Cream and my friend, she had a small hot fudge sundae with black raspberry 🍨 ice-cream. Dine in and WIFI available. Hot food available. If you like Friendly's, I recommend this one. Facemasks required.

I never do this.. I got a Jim Dandy to go!! Got home to my house in Saugus and it was awful!! No marshmallow, no strawberries, no chocolate sauce no jimmies!!! I asked for extra whip cream and was lucky it had a drop on it!! Basically it was a huge cup of ice cream with bananas!! I kept eating it thinking it was all coming and then realized they left out all the sauces and Jimmie’s!! So disappointing and a waste of time and money! Tried calling for over a half hour no answer!! I’ve been in this industry for over 25 years and it’s one thing to make a small mistake but to leave out 4 main parts is just not right! Train your staff or get a new staff that cares.. either way this is just very wrong!

It's been a while since we visited since so many of these restaurants have closed. My western Mass husband grew up with Friendly's, so it's always a trip into our past. He had a burger and I had the fishamajig, our usual. They were good, as usual. The restaurant was deserted when we arrived, so we weren't sure it was open. A few other people came in after us, so it didn't feel so weird. Thre service was a little slow, also normal.

What's not too love? Especially when you bring kids... decent food, good prices, and free kids' ice cream if they choose food from the kids' menu. I rated the atmosphere 2 stars because, like ALL the Friendly's around, it was outdated. I had my kids go to the restroom to wash their hands, and WOW, was it dirty.

I love Friendly's and I Always have. I thought that they had All been taken away until I spotted the one on 114 in Peabody, Ma. I was so Happy to see them there and open. My friend Irene and I went there yesterday. As Usual the food was perfect and the Ice Cream was Amazing. Our Waitress was very Sweet and Cheery. Perfect Lunch out. I Love You Friendly's. Please stay with us. I'll definitely be back now that I know you are still there. I really miss the one in Stoneham accross from the Pool that I went to most of my life.

Took my twin 2 year old Goddaughters there for late lunch after a day at the Zoo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and served quick with a smile.

Today was my sister's birthday and she was very eager to have food from this restaurant along with the rest of my family and it was a complete failure because literally everything was messed up, major mistakes made in literally all the orders placed. The fish was way too overcooked and hard as a rock, we also asked for Waffle Fries with our Chicken Tenders and got Regular Fries instead not to mention the Chicken was rough and not smooth at all way too crunchy and tasted like fish rather than Chicken it didn't taste normal at all it tasted very weird. Not a good experience at all I've had very good experience with this restaurant in the past but this really went downhill.

Alexis M was our server tonight and she did an amazing job from beginning to end. We are very happy with the service she provided for our family. Thank you, we’ll be back again!

My boyfriend and I have been going to this location for years now. Every time we go we end up getting Kristen as our waitress and she has always been the best and still is. Always welcoming and very friendly. Has a great personality and will go beyond and above to make sure the customers are happy. Love happy people ❤️. Foods great, ice cream wonderful, and waitresses are the best. :))

We always have a great meal here! It was extremely busy due to the vacation week. We only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and our food came out right away! We actually were quite shocked!! Whenever we are down in that area we always plan our trip to stop in to eat!!

The staff here is awesome despite being constantly overrun. I do not know how they do it. I've always loved Friendly's and it is a comfort food for me, but knowing the service is great makes it even better. Treat them well!

i’ve always loved friendly’s. i used to always go here with my dad and get the mini mozzarella sticks, since he passed it’s all i have left of him, i love this place and i hope it sticks around :)

I wanna give it 5 stars but between the high prices and my waitress forgetting my refills, I think 4 stars is still fair. Waitress was friendly and did do her job well, she's busy so I can't fault her too much. Food was great, great service and glad the place is still in business. But $60 for a dinner for 2 at Friendly's is crazy lol.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich that was supposed to be their specialty. It tasted great, however, seem to be lacking on the pastrami too much coleslaw not enough for Pastrami. The french fries were the best I’ve ever had. Add a little bit more pastrami do your pastrami sandwich and it would be a five star rating.

Sat in a full restaurant. Our server Kristen came to greet and put in our order right away. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes, I was super impressed as we were hungry. Kristen never waited for us to ask for anything, she brought over extra napkins and refills. She was so delightful. The best service I've had at Friendly's.

Service was horrible. It toke 32 mins for someone to get our drink order, and food order. The food came out nice and quick but was not very good. Overall the experience was not good, after waiting so long I should have left.

I haven't been to a Friendly's in years. The food was good, it didn't take forever to be served and the waitress was fun to talk to.

The cheeseburger had no cheese. The large sundae was very small, hardly any ice cream. It was missing the nuts too ! I do know they were very busy so that might be the reason why. I have always loved this place. I will give them another shot. You should do the same.

Good food friendly service. For a chain that is sadly going downhill this one location in particular was by far one of the best I've been in lately. Clean and well maintained and staff that knew what they were doing. I would have given it 5 stars but while using the men's room I noticed that the stall was less of a stall and more of a peep show as the gaps in between the pieces was more than should be allowed. Overall though a good experience.

Over the years we had lost faith in Friendly's restaurants but our trip to the Peabody Friendly's totally restored that! Best service, kindest employees (the waitress hugged my daughter for her birthday) and great food! Wish we lived closer to go back more often! Thanks for making our night really special after a very long day ❤️
