Very clean room, tv, microwave & fridge. Shower is a bit small but ok. Towels were pretty nice, beds a bit hard. Overall pretty nice, have stayed here a few times now. Even a small balcony

I was in town for Inkcarceration, (3nights) and had a great stay. Rooms are older, but very clean. AC worked well, and it was pretty quiet. Staff was very polite. I will be booking again for next years festival.

I wish I could leave a negative star review. Whatever “good” review you’ve read, it’s paid, they lied. My fiancé and I checked out within 20 minutes of being there. There was a weird burn stain under the night stand on one side. The shower was incredibly small, moldy, and hasn’t been cleaned since the 90’s. We had burn holes in the curtain, on the night stands and the bed sheets. I checked under the mattress for bed bugs and there was a urine stain on the bed skirt but thankfully I didn’t see any bugs. The walls had what I would like to assume were food stains but I can’t be confident about that. You can hear every noise going on at check in from our room. There were questionable people walking through the parking lot for the whole 20 minutes we were there. The carpet was curved up towards the wall to act as trim but was falling down and was absolutely disgusting underneath. The “high speed internet” they offer is less than 1mb download speed. There were no deadbolt on the door, just a chain. There was no way to lock the door knob from the inside so I’m unsure how it was locked. The front desk gentleman was very kind and understanding when we left. My fiancé and I decided to cut out loss and just leave. Don’t waste your time unless you’re going for less than 20minutes.

Quite comfortable spot with early limitations on later in the night choices on food , but overall a relaxed atmosphere to room overnight....

Took a long time to get checked in and the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes the price was cheap but I would pay a little more to stay at a name brand hotel next time

Party all night and go.... Not for actually sleeping. Towels seemed fresh tho! 😑😊

No heater in the room had to use a space heater, refrigerator was full of ice, shower Walls full of soap scum and only a quarter roll of toilet paper and toilet seat loose found a syringe on floor by base of bed and used cotton swabs

I was tight on my budget and I planned to extend my stay in Mansfield. It’s a beautiful, peaceful & quiet town. Mahesh was very helpful and cooperative when it came to my reservation. Don’t expect much when the price you pay but overall a good experience, the rooms are very clean.
