Only the first or second time I've ever been here and I was very impressed by the service and quality of food. Extremely busy in their drive-thru and inside but the wait was not that long. Glad I came here again and I'll have to stop back in sometime soon. I would highly recommended it to others

Wait time is still a problem. Although there are two lines and multiple helpers outside, it's still a long wait. But the food is great and prices are reasonable. The order takers were pleasant and helpful. I recommend this restaurant.

The biscuits and gravy and home fryes are definitely the very best I have ever eaten. Lindsay my waitress was very sweet and very beautiful. I definitely highly recommend this place and will surely be back.

Oh my goodness it was breakfast ordered bowls the bowls were tiny to begin with it came to $15+ for 2 of these. Barely filled could see the bottom of the bowl. Was given no utensils. When we went back to get them got stared at like what the heck are you doing here what do you want? Not a good experience

Sadly, it seems as though this location has gone downhill since 2020, like most places. I have spent literally THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years, but I usually pass it by these days. The tea is never sweet enough anymore and while they still have many employees who are courteous, it’s not the same. Their behavior is not as professional as in previous years. I’ve overheard employees loudly discussing their family issues while waiting at the window and have seen them taking photos in the parking lot while working the drive through. The line is usually around the building, which is obviously not their fault, but it’s still a hassle. I got sick after eating here several times in 2020 because their chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Their fries were also soggy. Their process was rushed in general. Perhaps this is a sign of the times, but it’s unfortunate. In years past the operator/manager was on site, but I have not seen him around much in the last year or so. Honestly, my main reason for patronizing this business so frequently in the past was because their employees were so professional and friendly, the place was clean, the food was pretty good and reasonably priced, the service was quick and efficient, and they had GREAT sweet tea, but most of those characteristics have been diminishing or disappearing over the last 2 years. Sorry, Canton Chick-fil-A, but I’m probably going to continue to go elsewhere from now on.😒

I agree that this place has went downhill severely since new management took over. I’ve done pickup orders for my son three times. All 3 times the order was wrong. It’s like a retirement community working there. They can’t read and hand out the correct order ,and move slower than pond water. Horrible service. The order each time was a simple nugget meal. Nothing detailed or picky. Get better Chick-fil-A.

Chick fil - chick empty. Where’s the quality? Over the course of 2 years this brand has suffered. From the people taking your order from the quality of the product. Focus more on quality, less on quantity.

Stopped it to get a breakfast biscuit,stood at the counter for quite a while and nobody waited on me,8 to 10 employees running around behind the counter and nobody to take my order, just stupid looks. I guess good help is hard to find for I had to show an employee there how to empty the vacuum cleaner, very unorganized!left without ordering.

The team lead working tonight- I think his name was Jacob was such a caring and nice guy. My car stalled out and turned off in the middle of the drive through line. He pushed me all the way to a safe parking space, made sure me and my baby were okay. He also brought my food to my car while I waited. He really went above and beyond. I hope this gets seen by management and that his hard work, customer service, and kindness gets recognized. Thank you Jacob, I really appreciate your kindness.

We went through the drive through, since they're not open due to covid for sit down. But rather than make us wait for the normal drive through window, their workers came out in the snow and cold to take our orders and make things get accomplished quicker. Service is kind, the woman who took our order double checked to make sure she got it right, and we were in and out. Good food and good customer service, very thankful.

Great food, great service but long drive-thru line. Best to get there before 4:30pm or after 7:30pm to avoid super long drive-thru line that wraps around the building. Also, it's best to enter the parking lot by way of Dressler entrance. Trying to sneak in the back entrance to parking lot causes a traffic jam in PetSmart's parking lot for traffic going both ways.

This is the BEST Chick-fil-A ever! My daughter has to come here once a week and it's her favorite fast food place to eat at! This one in particular always does a great job from ordering, to executing food good in a timely manner and the staff are super friendly as well!!

For fast food chicken this is pretty darn tasty. You know it’s good if the drive through line is twice around the building. I’d love to own one of these gold mines. I have never been disappointed even though my expectations are quite low for most fast food. I love the chicken, fires and the lemonade is pretty darn good. They sell lemonade by the gallon if you want it.

I always look forward to going to Chick-fil-A. I need food that is gluten free and they have those options for me! I can get a plain grilled chicken (they even have a gluten free bun!) and waffle fries (I love their fries... I'm so glad they have a "dedicated fryer" for them!). I am always really impressed with the service. The people there always look like they are glad to see you! We have two Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Belden Village area. I wish we had some closer to the greater Canton/Perry Twp area. 🙏☺️

Did the 1 hour of open bar. Was expecting water downed drinks and slow service. SOOO not the case!! Drinks were delicious, strong and flavorful, and service was quick! Had a party of 7 of us & we all got 3 drinks each in that hour. And I’m talking frozen individually blended drinks. Food was good. Atmosphere was very cool. Location at treasure island was great. The service was not acceptable. I had to constantly ask my server for coffee refills and had to ask her for other things I wanted to order. And a large party came in and MGMT had all their servers focused on them instead of the other parties that were already there.

Was 20 minutes late for breakfast and told couldn't serve breakfast but a man came in after us and they served him breakfast. Needless to say was the first time there and it will be the LAST time.

Food was good. My wife and I are cutting back on carbohydrates so, all we had were our two omlettes. Beyesly's could not offer us a substitution for the potatoes and bread. This made the two omlettes very costly.

The food is delicious. I like the chicken deluxe and the husband likes the chicken tenders. You can get macaroni and cheese as great side your meal. The milkshakes are wonderful. The drive thru is always busy, but, the employees move the cars through very fast. Never seen a drive thru that organized.

Stopped in for some dinner after class with my sister. We dined in for the first time and worked on some homework at the same time. The customer service was wonderful. The food is fine, but it's always so busy. Chick-fil-A is known for having mega long lines, but this location doesn't handle it like any other locations I've been to. So, if you are in the mood for a chicken sandwich, plan to be in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes

I ordered a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was highly disappointing. It looked like they put a chicken strip in it. On top of that there were hard pieces in the chicken as well. I would have thought maybe it was a bad day. but I had a bad experience 2 weeks prior where the chicken strips I ordered were mushy and gross. I will not be ordering from this chick fil a location any longer. This location is ghetto.

Visited recently and used 2 coupons mailed to us from a previous mistake. No mistakes this time and no trouble using both coupons at one time. Staff is always friendly and happy, inside and out. We know when we visit this location we are getting top tier quality.

Great place to eat for sure. This place does get busy pretty fast but the staff here are great! Super friendly people and sweet to talk to. If you do order ahead make sure you do carry out or pick up inside (tends to be faster) and you don’t have to wait in the long car lanes!

In the past, I’ve had a great experience at this location. But the last couple of times have been not so good. Every time I order a grilled chicken sandwich and every time they forget my honey bbq sauce. Even after I ask! I even asked the girl in the drive-thru if it was in the bag and it wasn’t. Now I don’t even want to go there anymore because I’m going to assume they are going to forget my sauce. One time, I’ll let it slide. But this is like the 5th time….

I don’t live close but this is the closest one near me. That being said I’ve noticed a lot of differences in the last year or so. The people that used to work there are gone and all new young people are working. They aren’t as kind and when I order it’s not always right. I didn’t know it changed hands until today so now I see why it’s so different. Maybe train the new workers to be better at using manners? It worked before! The chicken tonight I brought home was really burnt tasting. Not sure I’ll be using this Chic Fil A anymore.

They have a southwest salad that when u read ingredients on there menu it does not mention anything about corn on it so i order it guess what corn is on it I don’t like restaurants that mislead you stink chick-fil-A I CAN’T EAT CORN
