Snow trails is the best! My 14 year old son started skiing last year and loves it! Great hobby for him and his buddies ! I’m even skiing now at 47 and never thought it could be this fun. We only live about 45 min away in the hills to the south east and we go all the time. I personally appreciate how we are not forced to wear masks inside and it’s your personal choice , the way America should be! If you want to wear one great ! if you don’t don’t! The atmosphere is just awesome for my family and friends. It’s like being normal again in public and everyone is just happy!!!! Feel very fortunate to have this establishment in our area for everyone to enjoy in the winter months. The staff is great , the food is great and the ski shop gets my money all the time ha ha.

SOOOO much fun. Took 6 boys today and we will definitely go back. Employees were all awesome!! didn't get the night time but it was still a blast during the day. Nice fire going 🔥 just off the trail. Conveyor belt to help you get back up the hill!! Can't wait to try the night time, with led lights!!

Love this place! I wanted to teach my daughter how to ski and didn't want to have a 2.5 hr wait for rentals. This place was fantastic! There was a greeter at the entrance to the parking lot that explained where I can go get rentals and my lift tickets (they can print out tickets the same place you pick up rentals). He was very courteous and very helpful. There is a parking lot near the rentals that had plenty of spaces and the walk was really quick to the building. There was maybe two people in line ahead of us and 3 people registering people in. We were in and out of the rental shop with our lift tickets in under 15 minutes. The slopes were also great as they had plenty of runs for a beginner. The lodge was also great, although crowded. Food was good and atmosphere was fun for a ski lodge. This is my new favorite place to take the family. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I skied for the first time Friday night, 1/5, and purchased the Getting Started package so I could bundle gear and lessons together. My group ski lesson leaders, Annie and Taylor (I believe Taylor was her name, I'm very sorry, I washed my after-training ticket in my coat) were fantastic. Because it was the end of the night, they also voluntarily spent some extra time with us. Way above and beyond. I feel much more confident getting back out and improving my skills. What an awesome facility this is all around. I was so impressed by everyone's help along the way with check in and gear rental. The lodge is also cozy at the end of the night.

Best ski resort in Ohio. Everyone is super friendly, especially to kids. The bartender has been working there for multiple years and is very nice. One of the few places left that care about the guests and not just money. They even have concerts and parties!

Absolutely great place but terrible unprofessional rude staff. I bought tickets online I'm a 22 year Active duty Army soldier visiting family over the holidays, came here to enjoy time with my son. Well when I purchased the tickets the time said from 9 am to 9pm it was a 2 hour window yiu purchase. I arrived at 11 got my tickets and was only allowed to ride once was told my ticket expired because it had 0900 am on it. I asked to speak with supervisor to explain and was told too bad I better read the instructions better next time. Complete waste of my money and felt insulted by the staff. Completely broke my 7 year old sons heart to only ride once.

We went as a family for snowboarding lessons and the instructors were outstanding. The equipment was included along with our lift fee. The weather was not the best because of rain but the hills were in great condition and there were still several people. No waiting for lifts or coming down hill, plenty of room for everyone.

We took a last minute trip to Ohio for President’s Day and tried to book some tickets in advance and everything was booked. We called on Friday on the way up from North Carolina and Jason in the lessons department was able to get all 5 of the kids in our party a snowboarding lesson and we purchased the starter package. Our kids had the best time Saturday learning to snowboard with Ellen. We spent some good time in the lodge and the bartenders and staff were amazing. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for some winter fun.

We hold season passes and enjoy skiing here each year! Our kids have completed their Polar Club program, which is amazing! The staff of all areas are beyond helpful and kind. It is one of my favorite Ohio spots ❄️

Freaking awesome! Me and my wife go snowboarding every February and by far this mountain was the most fun! They got obstacle trails for all skill levels! They got fun jumps! And if you wanna take a nice glide down the mountain just ride down Mansfield Trail. No obstacles and it wide enough to avoid other skiers. The even got speed trails if your daring and lessons for beginners. Great place great mountain!

I took our family here for a family vacation/ski trip. The skiing facility and slopes were all in good condition and accommodating. Everyone had a great time. My nine year old daughter learned how to ski and she absolutely loved it. We will come back someday.

Learned to ski here and is a very fun park with many trails to ski and learn how to ski better. Had fun and ate at the restaurant the food and beer was great.

This is my 1st time skiing and snowboarding and it was a lot of fun. I wish I had a lot of time with my instructor (who was patient with me btw lol). I felt like the kids were more experts than I was as a 27 yo. The staff was perfectly helpful with everything, the rentals, cafes, and instructors. I even met a pro there who went to give us some advice. I am highly recommending this place to everyone who loves to experience it. The experience was WILD and something to be grateful for. :D

This year was the first year we tried Snow Trails. We ended up visiting 3 times. What a great place for skiing. Best ski atmosphere in Ohio, with the friendliest staff, providing a great experience for everyone. Beginner hill sizes are perfect increments for learning to ski, allowing my kids down to my 5 year old, the opportunity to build confidence. The blue and black trails provide nice action to keep everyone entertained, and the mountain is spread out enough that it hasn't felt too busy, with the lifts and lines moving quickly. The cafeteria style food with hotdogs and chicken fingers is good, but the restaurant upstairs at the lodge is great, with pizza and sandwiches that were delicious. Also a great spot to sit and watch the mountain. Season passes likely next year. Can't keep us away. What a great place!

What an awesome experience. I took the kids tubing here. It was well worth the two hour drive! The kids and I had so much fun!

Went with my 11 and 4 yo sons.It was a great first time experience for snow tubing.We went with friends and family and we totally loved being there.We had a blast!Thanks to the friendly staffs who made this memorable. It was affordable too,and we got food coupons also with the tickets(which includes a hotdog/burger and soda).We will definitely go again for lots of fun.

I made a mistake on my reservation and I filled out the form to get it fixed. Guest services was able to fix my mistake in a timely manner. This trip is for my birthday and I couldn’t believe I made a mistake like that. I’m so happy Guest Services was able to fix it. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly and when I called they answered all my questions with detailed answers and was so nice. Thanks again! I’m so happy!

Had a great time tubing! Great bang for the buck! Was able to go down the hill 8-10 times in the 2 hour time slot, Not overly crowded, and the conveyor belt back to the top helped immensely 😂! The staff was really good for being a bunch of young kids. Highly recommend!

Snow tubing was great. Pretty busy, so there was a line, but that's to be expected on such a nice night. Got there a little early tland decided to check out the ski shop. It was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Walked to the bar to get a drink and pretty much got ignored by the bartender. No worries, maybe it was a sign lol. Went down to get our lift tickets and picked out our tube and off we we went. The staff helping with the tube and fire were great! I highly recommend doing this! One thing worth mentioning if you've never done this (like us). We attached ourselves to each other (5 of us) and honestly caught some good speed. It was a little scary at first but really fun!

Wonderful place to go tubing! We had a range of ages in our group from ten to fifty-four year olds. We all had a great time! The staff were all helpful and friendly, which helped the experience. They joked around with everyone and took pictures for us. The course was quick, but not too fast. And the conveyor belt to go back up the hill was a lifesaver.

We had so much fun with the family!!!!! Will definitely come back again next year!!! Great for all ages!
