    Okay, these are real chicken nuggets. Possibly the best chicken nuggets. The service is great. It is always packed. You can come here when they open right before they close anytime in between. There will be lines wrapped around sometimes double lines. I don't care which location you go to anywhere. There is a Chick-fil-A. There's double and triple lines all day

    There was a dead fly on the lettuce in the salad when I ordered tonight and a couple weeks ago there was a lot of mold on the sandwich bun for the chicken sandwich. Really gross. Update, another complaint: There's two lanes for the drive through and I was in the second lane. Every single time I've been in the second lane (and l've been dozens of times), someone walks over and takes my order. But today, the lady taking orders yells over to us "we're only doing one lane, we won't take your order in the second lane" meaning that we'd have to circle all the way around the restaurant and go behind a bunch of cars that got there after us. She could have walked over 2 feet and taken our order, but instead she decided to be rude and dismissive to us. There was never any signs or indications that we had to be in the "first lane" and every single other time we've come we could be in either lane. Terrible customer service I'm extremely disappointed.

    Not very happy with our visit. We drove 2 hrs to go look at a car and on our way home and thought dang chick fli a sounds good for the drive back and did our order and got it and hit the highway for the long drive back home. To only find out you can't have waffle fries with cheese to eat when you open the bag and find the cheese and no fries. Would of figured this would of happened with McDonald's or Burger King or even taco bell but not chick fli a

    Food was awesome as usual! Place was packed and a couple mistakes were made on our order but they quickly resolved them, giving us some free lemonade and kids applesauce. Always worth the wait!

    Ordered a salad and 3 meals. Drove away and they forgot 2 of the fries so turned around and they fixed it and while riding down the highway I had my husband look at my salad and their was a big chunk of mud on the lettuce so that went to the trash. My daughter is autistic and only eats Mac and cheese and she normally loves their Mac and cheese but it was dry and cold. Definitely a waste of 45 dollars.

    Food was hot and fresh, the order was accurate. The service was good but not great (lacked the normal smiles and "My Pleasure"), but they were slammed and stressed. The men's bathroom didn't have any towels to dry hands and needed a good cleaning overall.

    This place is okay. The traffic pattern is a little odd but works since they are in a little constricted area. As you know, with any other Chic-fil-A, the lines are always long, but today, it wasn't bad that we got our food within 10 mins of drive-through line. This is good for those who don't like overly coated foods and a bit cleaner version of fast food. I prefer this option than MCDonalds for my son.

    The food was good but there were a few problems. First we didn't get straws for our drink, we ordered bbq sauce we got herb ranch, no honey mustard or hot sauce. We asked for lite ice and I got none. This is the first time I've ever had a problem at Chick-fil-a.

    Food always tastes good and they are always friendly. Disappointed that I asked for a large meal was charged for a large meal but got a small drink and fries. I also asked for no ice in my sprite, had ice no big deal but it was just soda water they ran out of fountain. Didn't realise until after we paid and got home.

    Ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered three meals totaling $24.48. I paid in the drive thru using their mobile card reader. My bank immediately alerted me of the payment. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru while 5 people behind me drove up later, ordered and received their food. I finally asked about my order and my order had disappeared and they would need to take my order again. I asked for a full refund and did not want to wait longer for the food I ordered. If the charge still goes through, I’m going to ask a manager for the full refund. This location has gone downhill over the last 6 months. I would not recommend going here. Our order is typically wrong and this is the second time I’ve had them just completely lose our order.

    This Chick-fil-A is by far the worst I’ve been to. Cashier seemed unconcerned. Tables and floor were dirty at 4 pm. Multiple employees standing around without concern. People waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Lack of eye contact or pleasantries from most employees. Food was ice cold when I finally received it. By far not in line with Chick-fil-A standards of conduct. Been customer for years. Will never come to this location. Sandusky, Ohio location far better.

    Food was typical. Fries were a little cool, but edible. So, my daughter ate them. If they would have been hot I would have given five stars. And we ordered no pickles on both our sandwiches. My daughter hates pickles and of course her sandwich had pickles. I switched her bottom buns and just ate the top bun and used a napkin to hold my sandwich. Sandwich was just fine. Just not right.

    Food is good, as always. Service is much slower than other Chick-fil-A’s I have been to. The drive-through moves at a snails pace regardless of time of day and it doesn’t seem to matter if you’ve ordered ahead on the app. This location is always clean.

    For our family Chick-fil-A food, service, and the building/parking lot is consistently the benchmark for fast casual restaurants. And even though this location, and many others, can get incredibly busy at times it is a wonder how they are able to manage the chaos relatively well where most restaurants would likely spin out of control and just have customers leave/give up. And even if the parking lot is slammed with cars there is an predetermined flow that manages the space as best as possible. The only negative is the costs continue to rise, though it comes with the territory of checking off all of the boxes: making good food, hiring and training great staff, maintaining and upgrading the building/parking lot, etc.

    Order a 4 piece tender with Mac and cheese and a frozen lemonade. My tenders were not tenders but look more like half chicken best & wasn't well done either as order. Only ate the Mac and drink the lemonade..waste of 15$.

    Slowest Chick-fil-A anytime I’ve went. Definitely don’t order curbside because they don’t seem to go by order. Stuff has been missing almost every time. Very disappointing.

    I'm used to super fast, efficient, don't miss a thing CFA... So... I was surprised by the fact that there was only one line, a longer wait for food and an incorrect order issue (an item was missing). They were quick to correct and I got an extra hash brown out of their mistake. I'm glad I always check the bag because I asked him if everything was in there and he said yes. Luckily I don't trust anyone in good service these days... 😂

    Service was good, but the wait was nuts. I would pick any other restaurant because of the traffic. Too many people in the area want their product. Also, it does not help when you have two lines (two people taking orders) and one runner. The runner needs a raise

    Enjoy all the food at Chick-fil-A and I will continue to go back. Would recommend this place to everyone. The Spicy chicken sandwich meal with Mac N cheese is out of this world. The shakes are delicious.

    Excellent customer service. The women that took my order was the most selfless and considerate person I have ever met. While it was a small act of kindness, she went out of her way to block the sun from my eyes while I was ordering! She went above and beyond and had a positive impact to begin my day.

    I placed my order on their app and arrived to pick up my food through the drive-thru. When I arrived, I also requested to add a grilled chicken with just lettuce and tomato with no bun. I received my order, but I was missing one 30-piece nugget. I parked and went inside to share that I was missing part of my order, and the manager was very polite and prompt and provided me with my 30-piece nugget. When I arrived home, the grilled chicken had a bun on it (my guest, who was supposed to receive the grilled chicken and tomato wrapped in lettuce, was allergic to bread).

    I had to pull forward while they cooked more tenders, then they had me pull into a parking spot that is hard to back out of with cars coming and going. I had to wait almost 25 minutes while they cooked chicken tenders. When I got my meal, the tenders were fine, but the fries were cold.

    I recently placed a catering order for the first time and was so impressed with the entire experience from the ease of ordering online, to the kind and respectful delivery. The food was fresh and delicious (as always), the boxed lunches were all marked so it was easy to identify the contents of each, the lemonade was cold, and everyone couldn’t have been happier! I will definitely continue to eat here with my family but will also be catering for work here again as well! Thank you Chick-fil-A!

    I'd advise against ordering curbside. Place was super busy and I understand, but I shouldn't have to wait 45 mins to end up going inside to stand in another line to get a refund.

    I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A location! The crew at this particular location were super friendly, efficient, and so welcoming! I highly recommend the mobile app to order ahead and take advantage of their rewards program. When I visit near August & September with my family, we will most definitely be stopping here again!

    Great food, fairly fast service for how busy they are. The young lady taking our order was very polite and friendly. Wish they knew how to design a parking lot! Holy heck, what a mess! Circle the building and they don’t give parked cars any room to back out and there's no room to exit the parking lot due to congested drive through lines. What a mess at every CFA I’ve been to, especially this one.

    I love this place food is amazing and service is top notch. Even with a HUGE line and tons of hungry people waiting for food they are fast, polite, professionals. Best part about Chick-fil-A for me is that you can get the sandwiches without bun. I have never had any problems there an will return as often as I am able. The only con as far as I am concerned is that a cannot simply have free Chick-fil-A shoveled in to my pie hole at a moments notice. Dare to dream.

    Holiday season, packed drive-thru. Did a mobile order, paid with Apple Pay before heading for the restaurant. The greeter checked me in, said I was “all set”. Drove to pickup area. Deliverer said I still owed $. By then I was holding up the cars behind. I gave him my card. Drove to a safe parking lot. No creamer for the coffee..very irritating. Will avoid for awhile.

    The most efficient drive thru I've ever seen. Despite dozens of cars ahead of me, we were thru the line in 4 minutes and our food hot and fresh. Quality is above any other fast food as well.

    Food is always great. There were at least 25 people working, the time I went. Food was delivered to my table fast and accurately. However... several other customers complained that the trash cans were overflowing and that the restroom had run out of soap and paper towels.

    The parking lot is absolutely horrible and not set up for the amount of traffic that comes through there. My young kids and I parked at another business and took our lives in our hands trying to get through the traffic to get into the building. That being said, we ordered on the app beforehand and when we walked in we were able to sit down and have our food brought out to us. We had two things missing but the worker immediately got them for us and apologized and asked if she could help us with anything else. As we were eating, another worked stopped by a couple times and spoke with us and even took our trash for us. As usual, we had friendly, fast, and efficient service at our favorite restaurant.

    We stopped here last night after a trip to the emergency room. The 2 girls working noticed our son had been having a rough day. She brought over a brownie for him and offered him ice cream. It absolutely made his day on the way home he says dad why do you think those girls were so nice to me there? Thank you to your amazing staff for going above and beyond to put a smile on our faces!
