Very intriguing set up and decor..... the creativity is on point👌.Lively vibe which works both for a group and for when one just wants to grab a bite. The highlight for me was definitely the food which was prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. I could taste the freshness of the fish. Good selection of drinks (cocktails, beer etc) available. Will definitely stop by again next time i am in Dar es salam

A fun place to be around, with live music, drinks and food. Idle time to visit is post 10 pm and you can stay and enjoy there till morning. you may find locals as well as tourists here. Live screens to watch football and live music where people sing and dance to music. Ac sitting is also available but is very limited. If u are in Dar es salaam it's a much recommended party placem

Samaki samaki is always a good place to eat and drink at.. But to party then samaki samaki msanani is the best full party and the guards is so kind. They do so good work 👍👍👍

Food was fantastic. The dhahabu (exchange changu for fillet), and the zanzibar fillet with cumin rice are top class.

Every time I visited Dar for the weekend I HAD to come here. The food is absolutely incredible and the fish is just amazing. Plus I found it so cute and creative how they use real seashells to put the condiments and sauces in! I miss this place so much and I can’t wait to come back again.. there really isn’t a restaurant here in Canada that has a great vibe like Samaki Samaki, Tanzania ❤️🙌🏼

Amazing food the portion is very big the service is very good. We had the seafood platter and so much food, we had just over did it the platter is enough for even four people.

The best local style fish in town. Samaki-Samaki is 14 years old now. Still the quality and taste remains the same. The fish is always fresh, their sauces are amazing. Every weekend they have live music with full band. Their service is prompt and waiting time is very short. Cocktails 🍹are amazing. They have used Dhow furniture, which has a distinguished character of its own. It’s also a sports bar, and almost everyday they have DJ. The food is of Swahili style, with an international touch. Only if they add potato wedges or some other side dishes, it would be more amazing. I have been visiting this place , ever since we started our life in DarEsSalaam, and it still has the same charm. Service is excellent.

Seafood chain restaurant. With that being said the price of items are a bit higher than smaller, local eateries. This location is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The service is prompt, responsive, and kind. Our meals, with drinks, came up to about $23. That likely would have been half the price of this same meal in America. The food was hot and delicious. The portion sizes were acceptable.

Samaki Samaki is Samaki Samaki. Always creative and working hard to meet customer appetites with a variety of edibles & drinkables on the menu, music & vibe. Attendants are helpful and charming, nevertheless, waiting time could be improved.

Great vibe, always a pleasure being here. Oceanic/fish theme decor is very creative and fun. Food is great, every single dish i ever tasted here was amazing. Watch out for the waiters though they can mess with your order and / or bill and have an attitude when you call them out..generally its a nice and enjoyable place .

Good place with delicious sea food plates we have tried grilled octopus with chips and grilled tuna fish with chips they offered the both plates with tomatoes sauce and spicy sauce, also you can watch the live matches while you are eating and drinking as they have a lot of screens all over the restaurant

The food is always great at samaki samaki. The service is good. The waiters are always around to listed to your orders etc. One thing that makes me not go there too often is the loud music. Don't get me wrong they have great DJs the music is always on point but it's not a place I would choose to go chill and have a conversation with someone.

It's a great place for American tourists. It's the closest to what we are used to in US. The bathrooms have seats. If you aren't from the states you don't know how important this is. Food is good. Live music most nights. I give it 5 stars. If I am wrong let me know.
